Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Airport

I came here many times (due to good ambience and easy transportation). However in my latest visit last week, I was a bit disappointed as I have booked since weeks ago and reserved to stay in high floor. But when I checked in they said they only can provide me staying in the 1st floor. And not sure why my room reserved for me got smaller and smaller space compared with the 1st time I was here in April. I wish Courtyard Marriot Amsterdam airport could be more attentive to their loyal customers. Been here many times now since April, with the hope that they also provide me what I expected during my reservation (room expected) Shuttle service is excellent. Especially the driver name Mustafa. He is really nice and patience and helpful.
