Things were simple and close to nightlife

Amazing location for everything in Rotterdam. Free coffee and filtered water. Comfortable room.

Great central location, convenient by public transport, several Metro stations within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.

The room was exactly what I needed for a weekend and the staff were great.

the room was mostly clean, just kind of damages on the walls and such, very nice bathroom, and very close to a tram stop if you’re looking for public transit. the front desk isn’t always staffed but there’s a literal ring doorbell and everyone i spoke with was very kind!

The location of Hotel Rose is central to most of the best walkable sites in Rotterdam. We were minutes away from the boat dock for catching the watershuttle to Kinderdijk. Only a block away from transit too. The breakfast was delicious and great value. We would definitely stay at Hotel Rose again.

Perfect spot to overnight during our brief stay in the city. Easy to get to from Rotterdam Centraal. The staff were helpful and accommodating. So pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Very poor customer service from management/staff on reception. The building is nice enough, but is being run like an amateur show. I unfortunately had to approach staff about 3 issues on my first day, zero were fixed, zero follow up to check with guest, reception pretended like it never happened. Future guests should know, you are sleeping on 1 flat sheet over an exposed mattress, pull that sheet back and you are sleeping in filth from previous guests imbedded in mattress .

Rooms weren't cleaned despite us asking for them to be. No bath towels then. Rooms weren't that clean anyway. Quiet Breakfast was good. Free tea and coffee available all day. Staff not that helpfu.

Great hotel. The only issue is they currently do not have any signs so its easy to accidentally walk past it. Location is very close to both metro and tram line. From Rotterdam central its about 4 stops. For food, you can either order on a app or walk one street over with so many options Clean room with great amenities. Nice big bathroom with rainfall shower head Staff are really helpful. There is also a good luggage storage you can use. Breakfast is very basic ( you can walk to nearby supermarket and save money). I would definitely recommend this place and stay again next time I'm in town.

It is not the first time I stay here, rooms are clean, and have everything you need and the staff is very friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Rose. The staff were great help, room was top tier, the overall hotel was clean, spacious and welcoming. Would recommend this hotel for your stay as well as returning back here myself in the futur!

Clean room, kind staff, great breakfast. Note that they do not clean the room or change sheets, towels unless requested. Also, check in was delayed.

Bon rapport qualité/Prix, avec un équipement de base (pas de fer à repasser !). Néanmoins manque de propreté lors de notre séjour. Les mur sales avec des taches de liquide (café, thé ??). Point fort : Tranquillité assuré !! Le logement était bien situé,
