It was nice and spacious for a family of 4 and right on a bus line directly to centraal station. The kids having their own bedroom and beds was a huge bonus. its out if the hotels control but the area around had homless people and was a bit unsafe grtting back later at night.

This was a great space for our family of 6. Communication was great. Check in was smooth. Location was a short walk to a bus stop and a quick ride to central station. Would definitely stay here again.

Good size rooms and view of the water was good. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep..

Property did not have a washing machine as listed in amenities which was very disappointing. We did not receive our check in details so had to call for help and was sitting outside the apartment waiting. Door handle on the inside comes off and even though it states there is a balcony you cannot access it. Did not like being misled. Otherwise we like the location and the space of the apartment.

We had a family trip with our two children to Amsterdam and stayed here because of the separate bedrooms. The apartment was well located. We found the cleanliness poor and despite a promise of a deep clean the cleaner just rectified a few specific issues that we had identified and the property was still very dusty. The cleaner didn’t seem to know how to actually clean, he didn’t move the bin or any furniture to clean around them and consequently we found dirt and food behind the sofas and under the beds. The skirting boards looked like they have never been cleaned and inside the kitchen cupboards was dusty. We cleaned much of the apartment ourselves so that we could stay there. Despite good communication I didn’t feel that they actually cared about our issues and despite telling them that we purchased things to clean the apartment with we received no offer to pay for those or any compensation for the inconvenience.

The property changed the way you enter into the premise 4 times in our 5 night stay. We were locked out 3 times in 1 day and the final time that same day was at 11:30 pm. When we called YAYS they said they have been emailing us, but we had no emails and no communications with them. They were unwilling to help us get into our rooms at 11:30 pm. We had to walk 15 min to get a key because they changed the locks, these same keys we got at 11:30 pm were then changed again the next morning and we had to get new keys again the next morning.
The floors were dirty with crumbs from previous guests. The kitchen table had dried coffee rings and crumbs on it, which I washed off upon checking in. The pillows had brown staining on them. Overall, the time and hassle spent getting access to our unit is not worth staying again. I wouldn’t stay again.

We were travelling a 4 so wanted accommodation that would mean that we were all together rather than 2 hotel rooms. This was perfect for us and made for a very enjoyable stay. Properly was clean and in a good location for Joordan’s shops, bars and restaurants while still only being a 15-20 min walk to the heart of the city. Worked out to be great for us.

Stayed here for 5 days and it did not disappoint. The facility is a short walk to and from Amsterdam Central in the Jordaan area. One can walk or take a short bus ride. The facility is clean, quiet, well-appointed and in a safe area. I like that it was on the edge of Jordaan away from the crowds but close enough to shops and restaurants. Communications with staff began before my stay to ensure a smooth arrival. Staff I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate recommending this property or staying here again.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Two biggest issues were the shower that completely flooded the bathroom when in use and very dull knives.
