Overall good. Clean, good location, good value. Property is a bit dated. Few things broken but didn’t adversely affect our stay.

This apart hotel is very basic and the fridge was broken.

The property had the minimum of furniture a very dirty and chip sofa and a 20 year old dining table and chairs made from old sticks from IKEA not an arm chair and just the smallest and cheapest coffee table from ikea. You where advised to used the extractor fan when cooking never, have I seen a dirtied an greasy fan and cooker.The Tv had to be connected to your phone through a so sort a chrome cast. I was never able to fix this even with help from friends and staff. Just a nightmare and I would never stay there again and paying for it And I am Norwegian.They where ripping you off

Nice but not fancy. Beds slept well and was in a nice location for us.

Larger than a hotel room. Clean and convenient. All good.

The property was dirty with blood stains on the mattress and damp dirty seats, the whole appart smelt like cigarettes and the window didnt close whixh was a good job really to cope with the smell the kitchen came with no or any abilty to was up which was a problem for an apprent which had 1 bowl for 4 people. However the worst thing was the fact a whole curtain was missing on the main window, when we asked the cleaner on site she re0lied with not my problem

It was hard to relax when it was not clean... there were stains and hairs on the towels and blood on one of the walls... never again!

Had a great stay in Rosenborggate, close to Oslo's West End bars, shops and amenities. Handy for the bus or tram into the centre of Oslo. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The only criticism I have is the lack of underfloor heating in the bathroom, which meant it took a long time for the floor to dry after someone had a shower so had to put my shoes on to avoid soaking my socks! I'm sure when we stayed before in a different apartment this was not the case.

The location of the apartment was ok and really close to the city center. We arrived around 01.00 am and the apartment key was allocated in a different place not close to the apartment. The apartment was ok but was a nightmare with the fridge/freezer that didn't work. The only way to keep it working was switch off the general power supply and switch on every 4/6 hours. So we spend a lot money for food and at the end we through away a lot stuff. The customer service number was not available during friday and saturday and was impossible to contact them during these days.I call them again sunday but was the day before my leaving date so was too late. Sincerly, we were not happy with this apartment.

It's not worth the slightly cheaper price to stay here rather than a hotel. You need to pick up a key at a different location, and there are no staff on site. The entryway to the apartment is filthy and has a very strong smoke smell. Our apartment had a very strong smell of spices, and the bathroom also had a very strong smell from some sort of cleaning supply. We had to keep the windows open for ventilation, but being located above the building entrance, we were treated to all kinds of smoke smells at all hours of the day and night, which is less tolerable than the accompanying noises.

Arrived at the reception which is not on the same location as the apartments. Staff very helpful. Decided to walk the 20 minutes to the apartment. Minus 5 and snowing for my first time in Oslo. Arrived at the apartment block and found I could not get in. I had been given a key but not an entry fob. Called the out of hours number and waited almost an hour outside the block for someone from the office to bring me a fob. When I got into the room the window was fully open. Closer inspection showed the mechanism was broken. Tried for an hour to close the window and managed to get the top latch to close however, it still left a large gap as the bottom of the window. Was too late to call the office out of hours as I was delayed on my arrival due to the snow. The sofa was very dirty with dust and food debris in the cushions therefore, it is in massive need of a good clean. So I slept fully clothed due to the window not closing properly. Shower was powerful and warm the following morning which was a needed! As I was leaving the room a maintenance technician arrived to repair the window. Bear in mind I had not reported it at this point so obviously this had been reported by the previous occupant? Therefore was it not repaired prior to my arrival? The building needs some big TLC!

Great place to stay! There was a little kitchenette and several grocery stores nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice TV with lots of channels and free WiFi. Location was very good as well.

We stayed here for 1 night and it was one of the most affordable rooms in Oslo that day. I liked how it was a true 1 bedroom apartment which was nice. It was pretty clean, beds and bedding were comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is maybe a paint job and a little room repair as the place was somewhat worn with age, but not a big deal considering the price. One note is that the office where you pick up the keys is about a 20 minute walk from the actual apartment. We ended up catch the trolley to apartment. It's a bit out of the city center, but not too far. Overall, I was happy with our Oslo Apartment.

Bathroom sink emptied onto floor. Light in living area didn't work so very dark. Check in was 1.5 miles from apartment. Difficult using public transportation with luggage.

Shops were only a few blocks away, and bus was convenient. A beautiful park was perfect for a morning walk and only a block away from our door.

Good location quiet and nice area, clean, tidy & cosy apartment. I recommend and would return for sure.

Dilapidated place. Not worth the money.
