Convenient location with shuttle to and from the airport. Chrck-in was as fast as it gets. Breakfast buffet very good. The only downside is that the rooms can use some upgrade: beds are old and too soft, shower leaks because of misplaced gasket, toilet door very noisy.

Reason put 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is listed as FREE shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle is not free after 1p. And they make it very hard to redeem your free shuttle ride to the airport before 1p. They need to be more transparent of cost may apply within certain hours for shuttle so people truly are aware and not confused when a driver is demanding $. Plus its just false advertisement to confused travelers just getting off a flight thinking their shuttle is included. The hotel room and staff were good. You have to travel by the shuttle back and forth to the airport to get on and off the train taking you into Oslo if going to checking out Oslo.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in room 402. Everything seemed fine until we flew home and discovered “bites” all over. Mine were on the back of my leg and my wife had them on her lower back. She went to her dermatologist to get checked out. The conversation went like this “Have you stayed in a hotel recently?”. “Yes” “Ah, these look like bites from bed bugs”. I sent an informative email to the hotel to let them know that they had a problem with the bed in room 402. I received no response, so I followed up, still no response. I was not looking for any compensation, I was just letting them know so nobody else had to experience what we did. We will not be staying there again for sure.

This place was awful. It seemed beautiful downstairs and had the greatest breakfast, but the rooms were horrifying. It was all a facade covering misery. The sheets were covered in hair and the rooms were so small we had to turn sideways to get by each other in most of the room. There wasn't a drawer or anywhere to put anything. The AC didn't work and microscopic window opened less than an inch. We were boiling every night. We told the staff who delivered one anemic fan. Everything was designed to maximize profit while ripping you off. I will never sleep at a Hilton estate again. Drury, here I come.

Very close and convenient for the airport. Use their shuttle for ease of travel or take an Uber. Do NOT use a taxi ($50 one way for just a few miles). Clean and friendly staff. Very accomodating

Restoran offer food in menu , but uou can't ordered it , bcs they says this dishes ( reasonable price) not ready only overpriced dishes . And no other options for dinner around . Waiters in restoran very unfriendly with attitude. Make faces even when you ask what flavor of ice-cream thay have bcs ice-cream included in kids menu.

Nice hotel, great staff. Charges for the 5-10 minute ride to and from the hotel via bus were ridiculous. For 3 people, we paid the equivalent of US $24 each way. Total rip off. I’d pay for the more expensive hotel at the airport next time instead.

Beautiful, clean & modern hotel, only downsides was the small wardrobe hanging space, iron without steam function & the wet room/ shower room without a floor squidgy to clean water off the floor after showering. Also, we kept the ‘do not disturb’ card up but found that staff had entered our room without our consent- not happy about this.
