Good stay, very conveniently located and right in the city center yet quiet enough. Friendly staff, rooms are good (only missing a powerful hairdryer). Breakfast was great!

The accessible room was totally inadequate. We had to move furniture to even get in the bedroom. The ramp to the bathroom was ridiculous and the doorways were small with too high thresholds. The room was hot with no windows and no air flow.

Nice hotel and location. This was my first time in Norway so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and the bar was nice too. I would probably stay here again.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff.
We stayed in a superior room, the room had no fridge, no safe and very little clothes storage, this let the room down a little.
The coffee and tea in the room was never replenished during our stay.
The breakfast was excellent ( one of the best selections i have ever had in a hotel).

Very hard to find any positives :-( ‘Superior’ room was far from superior. Barely enough space to walk around the bed. Body wash & hand wash were empty and of course you only discover this when you are in the shower. After requesting a refill at reception, 4 hours later, neither had been refilled. No telephone in room, so had to go to reception (7 floors down) in pyjamas to request again! Room super hot & heating controls had no effect and then we found out (by talking to reception) that the controls do not work and temperature changes in room need to be made by them! We asked for the tempers to be lowered & they said they would, but had a very hot, hot restless night. Left window open, but super noisy. Only positive was breakfast… I would not recommend

Really good stay here, room was large but no actual storage. We had to keep our clothes in our cases. The “wardrobe” was a rail with 3 hangers behind the mirror. Tea bags weren’t topped up at all during our stay and we had to buy more ourselves.
We couldn’t phone reception as no guide with numbers etc The last day we needed up leaving our luggage in lockers at Oslo Central Station as the hotel luggage was unlocked and full. The location of the hotel was good as it was close enough to walk to all the attractions.
