There is something about this Hotel that I quite like, it 's slightly boutique-ish and the staff are always lovely, polite, helpful and kind. I've stayed here several times in the past but had not returned since the pandemic. The Hotel has slipped a little, slightly apathetic, a few cockroaches (unavoidable in Manila), the room fridge was in need of replacement, there was no kettle, no water in the room and there were paint spots/drips from when ever the room had been repainted which should have been cleaned up after the renovation, and just a bit of a tired feel to the hotel however that said, it 's still a lovely calm relaxing little hotel in the middle of the hustle of Malate and the staff obviously work hard with the little resources that have and don't hesitate to assist guests. I actually extended my stay here by another four days. Highlight was the roof top pool and the accessibility to. Well, Manila and Robinsons mall down the road and just behind the hotel is a restobar that caters to locals, ie doesn't try to empty the wallets of tourists.
