We chose this hotel because it is near the church that we would like to attend on Sunday. When we arrived there, we were earlier than the schedule for check-in, yet the staff were friendly. They checked our booking and allowed us to check in, even upgrading us to a room with a balcony. We had no difficulties, everything went well. Thank you.

My favorite hotel in Alabang to stay at is the one I truly cherish. I love the restaurant Cafe Romulo, and Efren, the manager, is genuinely the best. The servers are always wonderful and caring.
All I can say is, this place is truly special!
They offer excellent service from the front desk, restaurant, to the room cleaners, making every guest feel valued and comfortable.

Our stay was great! Room was very clean and the air conditioner kept the room cold. The pool at the rooftop had a really great ambiance. The only issue we had was the internet. I work from home and my zoom kept buffering but thankfully I had my own mobile hotspot so I was able to make it work.

The area was convenient but the downside was the laundry/dryer. Of the 3 times I stayed in this hotel, it was working only once.
The pool was nice but gets crowded. Breakfast buffet selection was great, but quite pricey. It isn't worth it considering its proximity to restaurants in the area. Also, room service pamphlet wasn't updated. We didn't get to order through SMS and had to go downstairs to order our food.

Very cute little hotel. Clean, comfy, with slippers, refrigerator and microwave provided for. Not very spacious but good enough for the price you’re paying for Stayed twice this vacation already!Will definitely comeback for another short stay. Highly recommended!

everyone was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make my 2 week stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast staff and night time housekeeping (joshua and angelo) crew were definitely stand outs and deserve recognition for all their hard work. As I was there for work, the only issue was the wifi which was spotty most of the time. Other than that, I feel you can’t beat the value here. Great breakfast, good location, nice infinity pool, clean facilities, great in room massage and cool staff. i would definitely recommend for rest and relaxation.

Great service and staff friendliness. Amenities is great with daily bottled water and 3-in-1 coffee. One thing to suggest is bath towels to use with the daily shower gel. Had to be creative to use this. Lastly, airport transfer could have been less pricey, as its 3x more compared with Grab or JoyCar.

Room was nice, clean, and spacious. Room had a big fridge, microwave, percolator, safe, and 42-inch Smart TV. Staff was nice and friendly from the time we checked in until we checked out. Breakfast was buffet style and had a pretty big selection. Hotel itself is nice, but the location isn't as great. Malls are a little far for walking, but Alabang Town Center is a five minute taxi ride away while Alabang Festival Mall is around fifteen minutes. 7-11 is walking distance if you need snacks, drinks, and a few amenities.

Frontage: No ramps for heavy luggage. Uneven surface makes it hard to roll luggage.
Room: Clean. Does not provide wash cloth/ face towels and lotion!
Internet: Big disaster! TV unable to connect or freezes most of the time! No local channels! So if TV does not connect to WiFi, no local channels to watch.
Gym does not have AC.
Staff are pleasant and courteous though.
