Greenspace Palawan Hotel

The room is clean. I was pleasantly surprised after a long trip from El Nido to be welcomed by a spacious clean white room. We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We had an early morning flight, so they offered to pack our breakfast. They have arranged for our tour and our van to the airport. The.staff is friendly and accommodating.

Staff were amazing, bringing us bottled water and packing takeaway breakfast for us for our early trip to El Nido. Beds were comfortable and shower was great.

Jason and the team were great very much go out of their way to help you and to make your stay good. They do a great Filipino breakfast. Cheers to the team

Too many mosquitoes in dinning area. Bed matress are not in good condition thus resulting in back pains.

serene and quiet. great locatiom. walking distance fr main road, banks, fastfoods. staff are friendly and approachable.

Overall it is worth the price. Staff service is excellent. Friendly & very accommodating. Willing to assist at all times. Best part is you get to pick your breakfast from the menu & they’ll cook for you. Near to SM mall & popular restaurants.

Location was ok. Bed sheets were badly worn as were the towels. Could use a makeover, certainly not worth the amount charged.

Greenspace is close enough to everything but tucked away from the busy roads. The front desk staff were always accommodating and made booking tours seamless. The king bedroom was all round a good stay with hot water shower. However, TV in room 10 did not work. Absolutely lovely green garden to relax in also. A nice little getaway from the busy town.

Nice comfortable rooms, good breakfast, close to the main street in town.

Location is quiet and good, room is big. I read the hotel description...it offers the free bottle of water but when I asked it, the staffs only said they ran out of it but they sell a big bottle if I would like to purchase...=.="

No hassle check in and check out. With complementary bottled water, soap, shampoo, toothpaste. Clean room. Nice room design. With balcony. Near everything, good location.

It was a nice place to stay, near to SM mall, near to airport. They give you a welcome drinks juice and bottled waters that you can take to your room.The staff were so helpful and friendly.

pros: Nice Inn. close proximity to main road. spacious room. love the beds. near to NCC Mall. near to airport. was able to do late checkin until 1.30pm. they clean the room everyday. breakfast was ok. owner was our pickup driver, he was a retired airport supervisor. lots of story to tell. cons: mosquitos everywhere, but i was assured by staff its not dengue mosquito, but still the bite is itchy. wifi is weak inside the room, need to go to lobby or dining area for full signal.

The hotel is nice and comfort. However the shower is too week and many mosquitoes. The breakfast is good too.

The hotel location is 5minutes drive from airport. Nice location. Friendly and helpful people on front desk. Near to places like bars and live bands.

Very nice quiet clean spacious rooms. The best stay during our long Philippines roundtrip.

Greenspace Hotel is excellent value for money, friendly staff and the owners are nice people.

A basic, no-frills/amenities hotel, but sufficient for me. The room booking come with breakfast, which seems to be standard among Puerto Princesa hotels, and the food quite substantial and tasty. The hotel accepts requests for breakfast earlier than the stipulated timing (e.g. if you were going on a tour that day), but took a really long time to prepare. On the day that we requested this, breakfast took a good 30mins to arrive, and some people actually left without any. On the other day where we had breakfast during "normal" hours, the food came within 10 mins or so. Other than that, service was good, but only if you ask (nicely) for it.

Check in was a breeze. Rooms are super clean & beds are nice too! Staff were pleasant and helpful. They even ordered our danggit for pasalubong for us & accommodated our food requests. Booked our tours with them. Owners were nice as well. Free airport transfer :) woohooo!
