The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It is very accessible going to SM City and it is surrounded by many food places. It is also very near the famous Tatoy’s and Netong’s..

This is my second time staying here. Great service and food for breakfast. This time was able to try their Roof Deck Bar. They have the unlimited buffet snacks for those who buy alcohol beverages between 6-8pm. haha loved the dynamite sticks!

Seda Atria exceeded every expectation. The room was spotless and comfortable, the amenities were top-tier, and the location in the Atria Park District put everything within easy reach. But what truly made the stay was the people.
Two front-desk team members, Yna and Kyla, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Warm, genuinely helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive — they’re the kind of staff that turns a good hotel into one you want to return to.
If you’re looking for a place in Iloilo that gets the details right and treats you like more than a booking number, this is it. I’ll be back.

Ver good breakfast, nice and clean rooms and pool. Kinda overcrowded because of too many events held there but the elevators are fast enough and wide to accommodate large groups

Staff are very warm and accommodating, breakfast is great....we just had trouble with the door of our room, the sensor/ lock mechanism was defective upon entrance to the room on day 1 of our stay. The maintenance people fixed it though but we needed to take a rest from an early morning flight from Manila. We just closed our eyes while they made pukpok here and there... All these things must be efficiently checked and maintained before clearing it for guest occupancy.

An amazing Phillipines based luxury chain. Clean modern hotel with amazing attentive staff. They anticipate your need before you think it. It is honestly has some of the best trained employees I have ever encountered. And smiling cheerfully all the time.
