A nice functional hotel coveniently located on Pilsudski Avenue. It is close to Piotrowska street, and 10 min away from Lodz Kaliska and Lodz Widzew train stations. A typical Campanilie standard; simple yet aesthetic and providing all needed essentials and comfort of a hotel.

I had prepaid 2 nights in this hotel. I ended up checking out after the first night and forfeiting the second night's room fee. The staff were unhelpful and unwelcoming. The air-conditioning in the room didn't work, the restaurant was closed and the bed was rock hard.

A good stay; centrally located, good price for the room with breakfast and overall - great service.
I was able however cool down my room, the air conditioning system indicated in working mode but did not do a great work.

Great hotel choice for a central location and an immediate access to a huge shopping mall with an ample choice of cafes and eating places for a light snack or a quick meal
Excellent value for money although we did not try the bar, breakfast or hotel meals and opted to eat out
Rooms could have more charging sockets as there were none around the bed area
Beds and mattresses are very comfortable but equipped with just one small (rather 'lumpy' inside) pillow per person so we asked for extra ones.

Horrible smell as you walk in to the lobby and your room. Run down facilities. Very inattentive staff. Came down to check out, 2 ladies sitting at the back and talking, had to call them to check out. Not good, some many other hotels along this street to choose from. Wouldn’t stay here again.
