Hermitage Hotel Prague

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: Soundproof. Air conditioning. Helpful staff, big thanks to Vova for solving the issues. Cons: very poor breakfast, menue was not changed for 9 days and very limited options. Terrible bedding - especially pillows and mattresses. Cleaning was done poorly. Location is Ok, not the best. Far from major attractions. This hotel is ok if you are on a short business trip, not on a vacation.

It was a great place, a little far from old town but we knew that going in.

A very well run hotel, very clean and good sized rooms. Breakfast offered a good range of items and staff kept everything topped-up. It is near to transport links but some of the main tourist areas can also be walked to. There is a well stocked bar for an evening drink. We ate dinner at the hotel once and the service and food was good.

Great hotel in a quiet part of Prague only about 20 minute walk along the river from the main touristy places like Charles bridge or Astronomical clock. And Vyšehrad is about 5 minutes up the stairs. Well maintained, clean rooms, comfortable bed and helpful staff. The bartenders made perfect negronis as well. Made our stay in Prague very enjoyable.

The reception and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a quiet location and the rooms were modern and clean. Despite our room being next to the elevator bank, we never heard them. The breakfast was a great value, delicious, and included in the room cost. We had dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant and it was really good. The hotel was a 15-18 minute tram ride to the Old Town via a couple of different starting locations 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel. The river is 5 minutes away and one could walk 35 minutes to the Old Town along the river. Nearby there were some decent restaurants, and a good ice cream spot near the river. About 8 minutes walk from the hotel was a botanical gardens that were interesting and peaceful.

The Hermitage hotel is the definition of true luxury and hospitality while being comfortable and friendly. It is the true definition for everything great The cleanliness is unmatched by any other hotel i stayed at. The hotel is completely ecologically sound, from electricity to water preservation. The neighborhood is extremely close to many great restaurants and very easily accessible to public transportation and cabs. The staff is extremely friendly, as if they know you from before. If there was any way to accommodate you, they will , and they did accommodate. Their gym is outstanding with plenty of equipment . I now measure any hotel standards to this hotel. I left with one thought, the desire to come back soon to Prague, just to stay at this hotel.

My stay the Hermitage in Prague had been just amazing. The location was perfect. Close enough to be able to walk into the Old Town and beyond, but in a quiet location, close to amenities. public transport and lots of restaurants.My room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a great variety of choices and all were delicious! The staff were wonderful and particularly worth mentioning were the staff on reception who went above and beyond to be helpful, flexible and sincerely interested in helping visitors with any issue big or smile. Can't say enough about my wonderful stay at this hotel.

Amazing hotel in great location. We found the location perfect for us, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great didn't try the restaurant as were "up town" each day and night as only a 20 minute walk, though if you don't want to walk the number 7 tram stop is literally outside the door. If we go back to Prague we will stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Very close to the tram. Food was excellent. Great gluten free options including separate bread and muffin for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Room beautiful, clean, practically laid out; couldn’t hear noise; gym beautiful (but need rules about bringing small children and pets)- really great equipment, well organized and beautiful view; breakfast buffet just great

Rooms are a little too small. Parking space way too small. Eveything else was great.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient check-in and check-out times. Well located - a short tram ride from the Old Town.
