Check out was 11am , we are still in the room at 10:30 am and somebody open our door for room cleaning.

The hotel was okay. However, we found the room was not cleaned very well. There was dust everywhere especially on things that had to be touched like the remote and telephone in the room. Cups were not renewed in the room and left dirty. The pillows were feather and gave no support. Food we got at the hotel bar was cold when it should have been hot.

The location is perfect to stay! But I can not say the same thing for cleanliness, housekeepers just change the towel ; not do cleaning!!!
The breakfast has lots of options to eat and drink and all of them are tasty and clean!!!

Good location, Close to Usher Hall and Haymarket train Station. Quick check in and very good breakfast, Rooms spacious and clean. Check out convenient as there was a drop box for keys so no waiting at reception. Would definitely return.
