Booked for my parents during their trip to Singapore. They really enjoyed their stay at Venue Hotel The Lily. Everything is really nice, staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, and cozy. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I was recently stayed at 81 Tristar Hotel, in Singapore. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, also the rooms were spacious and comfortable. This hotel is amazing. It's undergone a dramatic transformation. I first booked this hotel in 1992, when it was called Hotel 81 Classic. In 2026 (34 years later), I booked it again, with a remarkable transformation. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by a food court, fresh fruit stalls, and fresh juices. It's close to public transportation, including the MRT and bus.

Awesome stay at Santa Grand with my family! I would like to thank the team on duty during our stay there btw 26-28Nov. I travelled with 3 elderly, one in wheelchair. The team managed to assign our 2 rooms close to each other and one bigger room to accommodate wheelchair. It makes taking care of everyone so much more convenient. Really appreciate for everything, from the prompt response for room service to kind consideration during our stay. My family enjoyed it so much! This is an unforgettable birthday celebration for my aunt, being her first staycation 😊 would definitely come back again! Can't express enuff thanks for the team, thank you for taking care of us!

Warm hospitality, great ambiance

Hotel was located in the heritage Joo Chiat area, with many cafes and food options nearby. The room was well worth the price and would also recommend it for those who want to stay away from the city.

We only stayed for 1 day, but we were able to enjoy the clean hotel, the fairly complete room facilities, the strategic location (easy to take the bus to the city center), many delicious cafes/restaurants around the hotel and the helpful hotel staff.

Near the airport, safe and convenient.

Excellent location, amenities, and easy access to public transport (MRT, bus, taxi). The breakfast included was exceptional with a wide variety of choices for all; vegetarians and halal included. A great value for money stay and will certainly revisit for the next booking.

The hotel location is very strategic, with plenty of eateries and mini markets nearby, and it’s not far from the MRT station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the receptionist, Mr. Mark, was friendly and communicated well, especially when we checked out in the early morning to go to the airport. He stayed on duty and waited until our Grab ride arrived. Thank you, Hotel 81 Changi. I hope to visit Singapore again 😊

Great hotel to stay at! Excellent location, near MRT station. A lot of eating places nearby. Will be back again. :)
