Sehr ruhiges und freundliches Zimmer, mit hohem Erholungswert. Kühlschrank hat am Anfang schlecht funktioniert, aber später ausreichend. Reinigungskräfte hervorragend, deutsch sprechend, höflich und sehr fleissig.Bettwäsche wurde in den 14 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Insgesamt sehr zufrtieden !!! Dr.Schwarz

S hotelom sme spokojni neboli. Zaciatok nie uplne prijemny personal na recepcii. Ubytovanie na dve noci stslo 250 € /2os. . Za takuto cenu by sa mali hanbit dat nam taku izbu ako dali. Za taku cenu som v 5 hviezdickovom hotely vo vysokych tatrach na vikend v luxuse. Cize ak chce hotel zarobit na hostoch, ktori idu na festival v piestanoch nemal by im davat za tu cenu hnile izby. Jedine pozitivum hotelova restauracia, vyborne jedlo aj obsluha. Ale celkovo hotel nemozem odporucit, stav cena kvalita hotela totalne o nicom. Keby bola cena 60€ na vikend pre 2 osoby tak by som nemal namietky.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Pour commencer l'adresse affichée "spa island" est introuvable sur GPS. je suis arrivé à 20h 30, le restaurant était déjà fermé. Impossible de manger quoi que ce soir excepté une part de gâteau qui n'était pas de première fraîcheur. La chambre était plus que moyenne, la literie acceptable... A 117€ on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. À votre place j'éviterais cet établissement.

Nice pool and a good location on spa Island, but it is not worth the money: - bad service and no smiles in reception and pool bar - bad breakfirst buffet with cheese, ham and fruit, which was not very fresh - no aircondition and an empty minibar in the room This hotel was NOT worth the money compared to what you get for half the price or even much less in Slovakia.

Хороший отель.Хороший номер.Удобная постель,кроме подушек,для меня они были неудобны.Меня хоошо встретили на рецепции,я опоздала на несколько дней,но всё разрешилось замечательно.Парк прекрасный,птицы поют,воздух можно пить! Спасибо! P.S.В Номере не хватает чайника.

Ingen information om grinden vid inkörningen.Första dagen fick jag betala 6€ för att komma ut från området.Besviken att få betala parkeringsavgift när det fanns väldigt många lediga parkeringsplatser . Kallt på rummet och när det blåste fladrade gardinerna. Bra frukost men man får inte sitta vart man vill. Blev omplacerad. Saknade karta till hur man kom till hotellet med bil. Restaurangen stängde 22.00.Lite tidigt om man ville ta något att dricka. Personalen var ganska dålig på engelska. Mycket papper att fylla i bara för att bo på hotellet. Skulle boka hotellet igen om detblir aktuellt
