BB Hongdae - Hostel

It 's OK, comfortable and not far from the shopping center and subway.

Location is perfect. It 's in the heart of Hongdae area which is very convenient and not far from Hongik Uni Station (Exit3). Anyway, there are many cons to me for a room itself. First, the room os not exactly as in pictures it 's quite look too good compare to the reality; Room is really dark old and I can feel it 's not that clean. For bathroom, it 's not that clean I can see dark spots from humidity). The space in a room is weird we don't have a proper space to keep our luggages. It's only a small narrow spacefor 6 people in the room. Second, there are no staffs before check in time. I arrived to hostel around 10am. And plan to leave my luggages but no staffs stay there to welcome you at all. Luckily I met a guest there who can show me how can I leave my luggage. Third, I'm not sure do they change a duvet for you or not because all I can see there're no sheet covet for duvet or maybe they might change a new duvet for you. Fourth, they provide a free towel to use everyday but the towel os so small on a size of facial towel. Overall is good to stay if you don't mind not that clean old and dusty room but really cheap and is located in a good location.

We stay in a female-only dormitory room, the staff are lovely and give good advice. The room is very clean, the accommodation zone is full of 10, not broken, near the subway, not disappointed when choosing to stay here.

In the room there is a TV, microwave, water heater, and sink along with a cupboard to store food. triple room, mattress 3 in a row. Between the bedroom and a separate mini kitchen, the water warms smoothly, the surrounding environment is a cafe, crowded and pleasant. There is hot and cool drinking water at the reception. which needs to be improved in mattress hygiene, there are insects that make the skin feel itchy. there is no elevator, when there is a late check-in the clerk is not present so the dbwa suitcase is on the floor. 5. To hongik univ station is a 5 minute walk.

I chose this hostel because in the written statement there is a heater room, but in fact the room is still cold, does not feel warm at all. The weather conditions outside are minus, but setting the room at a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius, even if the rainy season in Indonesia, the room is setiing at a temperature of 20 is still cold. I repeatedly sent a message to the receptionist, and they responded by saying they would reset it, but it was still cold with a maximum temperature of 21 degrees Celsius. Then I sent a message for the third time, and the receptionist this time actually came to the room to set it up. Hoping that this room will be warmer, because the cold is excruciating.

Full basic utilities. Convenient location and quiet to rest. You handsome male staff. ^^

Basic quality but good location
