The male staff were very friendly. I really appreciated the airport transfer, and I also appreciated the free luggage storage area. The room was also comfortable, so I'd love to use it again if I have the chance.

This is my second time booking this hotel because I had an early morning flight from Incheon International Airport. Even though my stay was very short, it was a very pleasant one 😊. They also have a free shuttle from/to Incheon Airport, you can ask the front desk or see the schedule on their website. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room is very clean and spacious.

I recently stayed at Grand Hyatt Incheon and had an amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and breathtaking views of the airport or city. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The dining options were fantastic—I especially loved the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The indoor pool and fitness center were also great for relaxation.
Location-wise, it’s very convenient, just a short walk from Incheon Airport Terminal 2, perfect for travelers.
I’m so happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Incheon! 5/5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is perfect to stay if you have flight schedule early in the morning. Just 5-10 minutes from hotel to Incheon airport and they provide shuttle bus every 1 hour. There are some cafes, restaurants and mall surrounding hotel. The room looks exactly like the picture.

The staff were always so nice. The location is amazing as it's a 5-minute walk to Unseo train station, and you can take the train 45-50 minutes to Seoul and other cities nearby with ease. The food nearby is great. There are many lookalike/similar restaurants to choose from. The local mall and grocery stores are good, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby for your needs. It was only $550 USD for 9 nights. I highly recommend using these hotels if you're wanting to save money on staying and just train travel during the day to Seoul and nearby city markets. Will definitely return!

I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel location is very easy to find, just 3 minutes walk from Unseo Station. There are lots of convenience stores outside. The room is very nice and clean, with a big TV and gaming PC inside. Check in and check out process is easy as the staff is very helpful. Definitely recommended for travellers!
