New hotel, very clean and well fitted out. Only problem is the area as not many restaurants. If you have a car it is not a problem and hotel is an easy 30/40 mins drive from Incheon airport

I have stayed in hotels in 40 countries and on 5 continents. This is one of the finest hotels in the world for good service and friendly staff, and certainly one of the best in Korea. It is always spotlessly clean, the food is good and reasonably priced. What puts this hotel into the ranks of the best is the helpfulness and competence of the staff. Every single staff member is attentive and ready to help with anything. I don't know where they train staff in Korea, but the manager of this hotel should be promoted to executive of the company, and the rest of the world should send their staff to train here.

Very disappointing to be honest - arrived around 3pm - no restaurant, no coffee shop (although included in Hotel info) - clearly there were very few guests, and both were consequently closed probably to save money. Reception very pleasant staff - hotel location is not good for a foreigner - there are far better options in the Ansan area - very over-priced hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my business trip. I found everything okay except for 2 things.
1. A/C seemed to be not working. The weather was really nice so I just opened the window (which was better for me because I could get some fresh air).
2. Not enough parking space and no valet. It was a bit stressful when I got back in very late, exhausted, and found that cars were even packed in front of the hotel lobby and there’s no place for my car.
For these 2 reasons some might not be satisfied with their stay. However, I think I would stay here again when I go to ansan.
