Jeonju Signature Hotel

We reserved a suite on hotels.com for 2 adults and 2 children for 160,000 won. The suite is one bedroom, one living room, full kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Upon check-in, parking was beyond full but we managed to squeeze in one spot. Then, we were told that because we have two children with us, we need to pay an extra 15,000 won per child. This is strange since the price quoted by hotels.com clearly stated that the room is for 2 adults and 2 children. Then, we realized that there was not any additional linens or blankets in the room, another extra 10,000 won per set of linens. Then, we realized that the kitchen did not have any kitchenware, no chopsticks, ustensiles, pans, bowls or glasses, nothing else than a coffee espresso machine and 2 mugs. Although there was everything a regular kitchen usually have... everything else was excellent but the nickel and diming has got to stop!

A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality.

It was a nice hotel. Convenient and walking distance from Jeonju Station.

New & Clean. Over all good enough. However, 1. There is no way to load & unload the suit case in front of the hotel - it is located at such a heavy traffic busy road without any pulling in space. Only place to do is back alley where parking garage entrance is. 2.Check in process was not so organized (might be because it was weekend & they were too busy) - out of 3staffs - one staff had NO professional etiquette at all. If you are staying several nights - they do not clean your room unless you request - even then they don’t change bed sheets till every 7 days or so. Would I stay again - probably yes.

I like the location which is near KTX station

Pretty new hotel but entrance was little bit confuse. But the hotel is very clean and perfect since we had to catch early train next day.

전주역에서 도보로 3분거리입니다. 버스정류장도 바로 앞에 있어 이동도 용이합니다. 무엇보다 세탁기, 드레서등이 구비되어 있어 출장시 매우 편합니다. 1층에 편의점과 풍년제과카페(숙박시 음료 50%쿠폰도 주네요)있어 좋습니다.

Très bon séjour, bon emplacement juste à côté de la gare, propre et confortable Le seul bémol, l équipe ne parle pas vraiment anglais.

It was a family trip to JunJu. Next trip to JunJu I will stay in this hotel again.

전주역에서 가까워서(도보 5분) 숙박이 편리하고, 준공이 얼마안돼서인지 시설이 새거인 편. 청소 상태는 그리 좋지 못하고, 침대를 약간 옮길 경우 바닥에 먼지가 많음. 주차장은 지상에 위치 (2층~5층). 비지니스 호텔로 좋고 레지던스형이라 오래 묵기에 편함 (요리 및 세탁 가능)

전주역 바로 앞에 위치한 레지던스 호텔 전주 시그니처 호텔 친구들과의 여행이나 아이가 어린 자녀와같이 여행 오신다면 온돌방을 적극 추천 드립니다. 룸 컨디션도 좋고 전주역 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 기차 여행으로는 최고 입니다. 호텔 건물 바로 옆에는 풍년제과가 있어 선물용 포장 해가기에도 최상의 위치 입니다.

호텔 직원 분들 많이 친절하시고 방이 온돌이라 따뜻해서 너무 좋았습니다^^ 다만 온도 조절이 잘 안되서 더웠다 추웠다 하기도 좀 했고 건조한 부분이 아쉬웠습니다. 복도 소음도 있었지만 대체적으로 편안하게 잘 지내고 왔습니다!

기차역 접군성이 편리합니다. 시내에 가까워 관광하기 편합니다.

전주역에서 나오자마자 건널목 하나 건너면 되니까 위치는 최고. 신축이라 깨끗하긴 한데 뭔가 애매함. 스타일러와 세탁기까지 있지만 빨래건조대는 없고, 힙펠 환풍기와 비데는 있지만 수건걸이는 없고, 욕조는 있지만 마개는 없어 반신욕 불가. 마룻바닥이라 편할 것 같지만 막상 맨발로 다니기엔 왠지 찝찝해서 슬리퍼를 챙겨 오고 싶음.
