My partner and I spent 10 days here and absolutely loved it! Breakfast was fantastic, such a variety for a very picky person like myself. 10 minutes from the beach one way, 10 minutes to restaurants and shops the other! We had a shared shuttle that took 2 hours, and this was the only downfall but if you are able to drive or taxi it's only an hour! We will be going back next year!!

Expedia site reservation states 2 double sofa beds. Our room had 2 twin beds pushed together. When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery.

On a whole we had a very pleasant holiday and the weather contributed to that although we did have a couple of days where it rained heavily and everyone headed for the bar, it just wasn't big enough to accommodate everyone. The buffet food was average and quite repetitive and unfortunately the first few days we were there they suffered with flies which is difficult, but food was left out to allow the flies to rest on which was off putting, they could look at how best to display food and protect it. We took a shuttle bus from the air port which is a 2 hour trip after dropping everyone off at there hotels, and unfortunately, We were picked up at 6pm on our departure date for our flight home at 11.40 hence we arrived at the airport at 8.15 and had a lengthy wait. We decided to use the indoor pool on the day it rained but it wasn't heated and was extremely cold, the outdoor pool was cold but at least you had the sun to warm you when you got out, the facilities for the changing room for the indoor pool needed attention. To bring the hotel up to the 4 star it really does need money spent on it. What made our holiday was most definitely. The entertainments team, the shows that were put on where really good, the team work really hard to get everyone involved in the day in all forms of activity, and they communicate in several languages English being one, so we always new what was going on, the hotels location good access for beach and restaurants. Lots of Germans but we managed ok.

Self catering very disappointing. Basic utensils, no kettle or toaster,no grill or oven. Only two hot plates, microwave and a fridge. Ok if you eat out or in the hotel, not so good for families with children.

Außenanlage ist sehr schön , Zimmer sind ok ( eher 3 Sterne) aber für Familien mit kleinen Kindern perfekt , im Badezimmer hätte ich mir am Boden Fliesen gewünscht da die Dusche nicht verschließbar ist und nach draußen spritzt, alles ist nass und der PVC Boden wirkt billig und abgewohnt , da wären Fliesen die bessere Wahl aber alles in allem würden wir wieder dort wohnen , super preis Leistung Verhältnis

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Poolanlage, welche unverständlicherweise kaum genutzt wurde. Die Poolöffnungszeiten hätten ein wenig länger sein können. Beim Außenpool verstehe ich die Zeiten, beim Innenpool eher weniger. Die Zimmer waren meist sauber. Das einzige Problem waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten. Da wir nur eine Woche da waren, konnte man aus der Tasche leben, jedoch ist der kleine Schrank für 2 Personen und 2 Wochen Aufenthalt ganz klar zu klein. Das Frühstück war eine gute Eröffnung in den Tag!

Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zum Teil abgewohnt. Einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer hätten wir uns gewünscht (Tee, etc.). Etwas mehr Steckdosen sind heutzutage schon notwendig.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr familienfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind ok und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlten ein paar Hacken an den Wänden und im Bad Ablagemöglichkeit. Wir hatten Halbpension und das Abendessen war super, da kann man sich nicht beschweren. Es gab sehr viel Abwechslung. Das Frühstück war normal, so wie es in Spanien üblich ist. Das einzige was uns gestört hat, das es im Essensaal sehr laut war und bei schlechtem Wetter waren nicht ausreichend Plätze für alle so das man warten musste bis ein Tisch frei wurde. Der Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt und es standen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Den Strand konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen und auch der Hafen und die der Ortskern war Fuß läufig gut zu erreichen. Es fehlten im Hotel Angebote für Schlechtwetter und die vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten empfanden wir als zu klein. Der Personal war überwiegend deutschsprechend und sehr nett und zuvor kommend trotz viel Arbeit und Stress. Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub gut gefallen und wir würden auch wieder in die Hotelanlage fahren.

Außenanlage; Pool gut. Zimmer groß, Betten mangelhaft Matratzen kommen die Sprungfedern durch. Zwar war alles neu renoviert, aber sehr schlampig gearbeitet. Balkon groß und mit Möbeln OK. Frühstück gerade mal ausreichend, Kaffee sehr schlecht aus Automat. Fruchtsaft nur Zuckerwasser, alles in allem nicht 4 Sterne. Zimmerservice war sehr wechselhaft kam wohl darauf an werden gemacht hat. Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wurde nur manchmal geleert Müll ebenso. Alles in allem war der Service schlecht organisiert. Bsp. Früh um 9:00 h wurde rund um die Außenanlage fecht gewischt alle mussten auf dem Weg zum Frühstück auf den nassen schrägen Platten laufen 'Rutschgefahr' Warum man hier nicht um 07:00 h gewischt hat und dafür lieber das Geklapper rund ums Zimmer um 09:00 h macht und nicht um 07:00 h wenn die Leute noch schlafen erschließt sich mit nicht.
