Breakfast is avaliable which is wonderful, but same items daily. No air conditioning, they said it was because of the time of the year, luckily it wasn't hot. Wonderful staff and very clean. Great location on Las Ramblas.

The room was clean and check in/out was fast. Staff was nice.They lock the automatic doors at 7:30pm and only guests with key cards can enter which gave added security.There was construction everywhere but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Public transportation is very close by and its very walkable. Will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost. The bed was comfortable, great shower pressure, clean room, great location. The staff were very helpful with advice and recommendations. If I go back I would definitely stay and highly recommend for your stay. Close to the subway system which is great for getting around. The hotel is in responsible for this statement. Please be careful of the criminal activity that goes on in the city of Barcelona. And do not use Uber! Use taxis. Or subway.

Clean hotel, nice rooms. Kind staff. The Rambla boulevard is in reconstrucción so the outside is messy and inconvinient. The good part is that is very close to the metro station.

recently stayed at this property and I was truly impressed by the staff’s attentiveness. Though I initially wasn’t sure about Suite 509 due to the stairs, it turned out perfect. The suite had a downstairs bathroom and sofa bed, with the main bedroom and another bathroom upstairs, plus a balcony. The staff thoughtfully set up the daybed for our friend, ensuring privacy for us. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The breakfast spread was superb—fresh pastries, local cheeses, cereals, fruits, and something for everyone. I highly recommend it for both comfort and service.
