Nice hotel located in the center of Barcelona, easy to get to things. The only damper was the construction which caused the area to look, not as pleasant as it could have but that’s not the hotels fault. The staff were very friendly.

This was a very uncomfortable stay, a lot of construction noise, small room, and unhelpful room service. There are also no restrictions on the website that claim they charge per person per room, just per room. We tried to make accommodations with the hotel in advance but was given basically none and an unhelpful attitude at the front desk and via messages. As well as trying to make us pay for a room that wasn’t even available for our whole stay. Overall frustrating, restless, and stressful experience. Do not recommend AT ALL!

Decent for the money. Good location. Rundown and slightly musty on room entry but dissipated with AC running. Very small rooms and bathroom. Ok for what you pay. Conscience and savings over luxury. Short walk to airport shuttle and beach right on La rambla -not sure what all the pickpocket talk on YouTube is about?? I was there a week and never saw any incidents? Short walk to your bus stop and Christopher Columbus statue. Try to avoid being there while the Pope is-shuts down whole city including tour busses😆

The staff were lovely and the room was clean. The disappointing thing, and it had nothing to do with the hotel is that as of July 2026, La Rambla is all torn up. We were so looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere. The taxi couldn't even drop us off at the hotel door. We had to drag our luggage across and through the construction of gravel and broken cement. This hotel is fine with lots of character unfortunately la rambla was a disappointment

Great position on the ramblas we had a cruise to get so it was an easy walk to the cruise bus stop , lots of work being done on ramblas so the taxis couldn’t drop us off at the hotel but just around the corner

The hotel was very nice & clean and in a great location. The front desk reception were always willing to help out with any questions about the area. The only downside with the location are all the restaurants trying to lure you in every time you leave the hotel. Just tell them you just ate and they'll leave you alone.

The hotel is clean. The front desk clerks, two gentlemen, were very accommodating and most helpful. The rooms are without coffee makers, glassware, Kleenex and facecloths, which I am accustomed to seeing in a room. We did ask for two glasses and were provided same. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods. Eggs, bacon, pastries, yogurt, fruits, juices and coffee etc. There is a lot of construction currently around the hotel which is not in their control.

Breakfast was excellent, many choices, fresh, and plentiful. Air conditioning did not work very well, however they immediately replaced it and provided fans. It still did not work great but was acceptable. A large cockroach was in the bathroom when my Gdaughter walked in about scarred her to death! Called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. They arranged Taxi service as needed. Great location and very secure.

Room was hot and stuffy, the A/C was below average. Vending machines for water so we had to pay for our own drinking water. The room supplied blow dryer kept popping the breaker. Loud and noisy at night you can hear the booming bass of the restaurant/bar on the street. Atleast it was walking distance to the gothic area. We would not stay here again.
