Excellent small hotel in the middle of Bilbao Casco Viejo. We were very pleased with the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Bilbao we will stay in the same location.

Very clean and tidy property, in the heart of the old town. It is very lively all the time but not as noisy as other people said. Room is tidied every day and you get clean towel if needed. Bed is made, bins are emptied every day as well. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and very informative. The only downside for me was that there are no coffee and tea facilities in the room and you have the communal area. It was a very good experience and i will definitely return!

Arriving later in the evening, the front door was locked and there was very poor information and communication as how to get inside the building. The girl at reception could have simply came down and opened the door, but instead I was trying to have an online conversation as to how to gain entry, and at the same time trying to translate some text by the door to try and figure out how to get in.
I was outside in the rain for nearly half an hour.
Very poor communication and information if you don’t speak Spanish.

We were pleasantly surprised. Expected a small room with 2 single beds and a bathroom, ended up in a room that could sleep 4. Everything was clean, a little dated, but we found it ok. The hotel was central to old town bars, the cathedral and only 20 min walk to Guggenheim Museum.

Location was very convenient for getting to and from the airport, and for access to the tram and subway for getting to sites. Plus, great stepping out into the Old Town every day. Convenient for places to eat. Room was clean and had sufficient space for clothes and other stuff. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Room was spotless. Excellent location in the old town. The hotel is rather basic, but clean and comfortable rooms. Very limited social/public areas.
This is not a large international hotel, but is perfect for anyone that wants to spend time in Bilbao rather than a hotel room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
