Really nice hotel, friendly staff. Decent location right besides the metro

We stayed at EasyHotel Barcelona for a week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We paid extra for a superior room, but the bed wasn’t even a proper double bed as advertised, which made our stay much less comfortable than expected. During our entire week-long stay, our room was only cleaned once. Even then, the bedding wasn’t changed – it was simply tidied up while the same dirty sheets were left on the bed. The overall standard of cleanliness was very poor and not what you would expect when staying for a full week. To make matters worse, the staff were not helpful when we raised concerns. They came across as uninterested and didn’t make any effort to resolve the issues or improve our experience. Overall, we left feeling that the hotel offered poor value for money. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for the superior room, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Big bathroom which is rare for Europe!

The bathtub was not draining properly . We did report it to the front desk but they never fix that issue . The bathroom in general need to be better maintained.

Mi estancia fue excelente. El único detalle fue que el ascensor estaba sucio y pegajoso, y permaneció así durante los 3 días que estuve en el hotel. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto.

The staff were very kind, the check-in was fast, the bed was comfortable and I really appreciated the free water dispenser in the lobby so I could fill up my bottle each day. Thought that was a very nice feature. I would come again.

Room was a bit small and there were no coffee or water or any cups. A bit drastic economy room.

Very clean and fresh room No frills, but really convenient for the Fira conference centre and there was a huge mall just across the road Would stay here again!

It was a good experience, the front desk staff was always helpful. It was a little noise due a restaurant in PB, but everything else was perfect

We stayed here twice in 3 weeks and it was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is basic (beds and bathroom). No furniture, not even bedside table. That being said, it was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Shower had good pressure and everything worked properly. The location is good, as it’s a short distance from the airport and the cruise ship port. Taxi’s are readily available and the staff called one to save us time. We also used uber, which showed up in a few minutes. Their rates are very reasonable and the restaurant next door is great (also with very reasonable rates and good food) and the perfect place to have morning coffee and breakfast. Barcelona Rocks!

Staff member Andrew was very helpful fixing a small issue in the room. Location is very convenience close to Gran Via2 shopping mall and a lot of restaurants and coffee shop to eat any time before 5-7pm. Pastry in hotel rest is a most. Thanks you
