Hotel Blancafort Spa Termal

Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here.

Hotel was good if you want to live in a remote area and don’t want to go back to the city. Hotel has got an amazing spa and we enjoyed it. Also, there’s was lack of room amenities such as electric kettle and fridge was faulty. Apart from this, breakfast was good with limited or no choice for vegan/vegetarian family. If you want to visit Barcelona city, the only train station in La Garigga is not operating at the moment and hotel staff will not advise you about it and they will suggest to take a private taxis which will cost £100. Luckily, some locals suggested me to walk at nearby bus stop and there we took free shuttle for Barcelona city. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 stars so be aware. Good luck.

This place is outstanding. Everything was amazing with the exception of the WiFi connection and the comfort of the beds, but totally worth it if you can compromise on those two things

The garden area was closed while I was there. The spa times were restrictive and not offered while I was onsite. The restaurant there was very good but only offered a limited fixed price menu during late hours for dinner and was closed for the times that I was there. Breakfast was also very good, but started later than I needed it several days. Overall, it was really nice property with wonderful staff and pleasant grounds. I just wish that the amenities were open when I needed them.

The Hotel was very nice and situated in the heart of the town. The property was well landscaped with many features. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff were helpful, especially Martha. She made the stay and extended stays easy. Great customer support. The dinning facilities were also excellent with great food. The bar and lounge areas were very relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!! Check in and check out took 1.5 hr each time. Guests nearly missed flight due to incompetent staff at check out

The AC system did not work. The room was too hot.

The property is definitely a hidden gem. Loved the cute, quiet area that the property was located. Several bakeries close by. Very clean and quiet. Definitely would stay here again

Loved our stay. We were very happy they could accomdate an early check in after our long flight from Canada. The spa was wonderful. We enjoyed it with our 4 yesr old during their children hours (pool noodles included!) Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend, super relaxing!

The spa facilities and swimming pools are amazing. Grounds and gardens are well taken care of and beautiful. Breakfast options were diverse and good quality. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. What could be improved: * Building and room maintenance needs serious work. Buildings’ exterior paint has long lost its splendor. Our bathroom door and window frames were in terrible condition, which is sad because at some point this hotel must have deserved the 4 stars it has. * The mattress was really uncomfortable and you could hear its old coils squeaking with each minor movement. * The AC in the room was blasting cold air and the control was not functional so we ended up sleeping with our heads under the sheets not to breathe that air. If you don’t mind the points above or are just going for the thermal spa and swimming-pools, I highly recommend this property (esp. the spa)

Nice spa.

Hotel is really nice and have a great breakfast, I didn’t use the restaurants, but menus look good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa is amazing, I didn’t have much time to fully use it. I had a massage and it was the perfect ending to my holiday. I will definitely be coming back ☺️

No AC (the room stayed at 80 degrees), wi-fi connection very poor, elevator not working, no restock of amenities, dirty cups and plates upon arrival. The hotel's solution was a standing floor fan that just blew hot air. The elevator is bug infested. Never again.

I stayed in a single room which was dark and night there was not enough light in the room little cold in the morning I couldn’t see any heater in the room however the brake fast was really good they have all good and testy food everyone should include brake fast thanks
