Great stay really helpful staff

Absolutely loved staying at Hotel Feliz. Everything was great from checking on to checking out. Great room with two terraces. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Helping out with information about the town and making a recommendation on a car rental company. Thank you everyone at Hotel Feliz!! Excellent job and I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Palma.

We checked in slightly early - the lady at reception was very friendly - we were offered a glass of cava (I am pregnant, so was offered any soft drink) which was a lovely surprise. We had a great view from our room - which was lovely and spacious. We were really impressed with the room and the attention to detail. We had an issue with the safe, which was resolved straight away. Breakfast was included for us, which was fresh and a good selection. Really impressed and pleasantly surprised!

The hotel is small but the room in the terrace was very nice. Very clean rooms and the staff was very attentive. It was a short taxi ride to most attractions. Parking in front of hotel was a paying parking, but a lot easier to park that around - as there were no free sports. Would recommend for Palma!

Lo que me gustó: el personal es agradable, el desayuno es bueno, los detalles de bienvenida (agua, cava), proveen el body milk y el acondicionador. Parada de autobús a pocos minutos, se puede llegar al centro en menos de media hora andando. Lo que no me gustó: las 'piscinas' son dos charcas, una de ellas a pies, literalmente, de la gente sentada en la terraza, visible desde la calle ya que se trata de un acuario; no hay espejo grande en la habitación; no pude estar en la habitación sin las cortinas cerradas ya que se ve directamente dentro tanto desde la terraza como del edificio vecino pegado al hotel, en el baño se salía el agua de la ducha por todo el suelo. El mobiliario muy modesto, tipo Ikea o peor; el sobrecolchón bastante bien así que la cama era cómoda. Wifi en la habitación era malo. Hay un solo ascensor, y tarda bastante en llegar. Me sorprendió que haya moqueta, espero que sea ignífuga. Me parece mucho más un un tres estrellas medio que uno de cuatro.

Small cosy hotel with a nice rooftop pool. Would be great to provide items like sandals, shaver and toothbrush & toothpaste
