Better than brand hotels and right in the middle of all hustle and bustle of town centre

Centrally located. Excellent front desk staff.

I got a really tiny little room on the fifth floor. I had paid for two single beds but this was a single bed alone.

A great place to stay in Granada! Right in the heart of the historic area it is walking distance to all the sights of Granada. Great restaurants are nearby, and getting a few blocks off the main streets was rewarding with local shops with great food and fewer tourists. We walked to the Sacramonte flamenco shows (with a few stops) and most of our activities. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful with every question.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Maciá @ Plaza Nueva, Granada. Daniela, Oliver, and Rocío at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Alhambra, as well as the Plaza. Air conditioner and hot water worked like a charm. Breakfast was good with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Mr. Serrano was very attentive and energetic at the breakfast room. We really enjoyed our stay. ¡Gracias!

A smaller room so somewhat cramped for two.Great location for restaurants and proximity to Allambra.Viewed the Easter processions from our balcony!

Great location

Room was spotless, staff very friendly, excellent location, right in the middle of historic district.

Room and bathroom were spotless. Really appreciated the kettle and tea in the room. Breakfast was wonderful!

Hotel is in a great location. Easy walk to castle and churches. Lots of great restaurants and shopping very close by

The hotel is in a great location on the Plaza Nueva. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning worked very well and the breakfast was quite good.

Slightly dirty sheets

Good, but there was no mini refrigerator, which would be very useful in the hot climate of summer here. And the bathtub could’ve had a rubber mat or additional railings to improve safety as it is very easy to slip in those kinds of deep bathtubs. Now, the staff were very nice and very helpful and informative about the area and places to go. The rooms are very close together and with thin walls, and the people next-door were quite noisy late at night. And the showerhead was not securely fastened and could not be angled appropriately. However, the hotel was overall good and very well situated with easy access to the Alhambra and downtown.

Grandad is an amazing, historic place. The person at the front desk when we checked in was exceptional.
