Pretty decent Hotel, clean everywhere and friendly staff. Nice pool area and sunbeds all well kept with plenty of umbrellas. Food plenty of choice and as quality as you’d except from an all inclusive buffet. Drinks too syrupy. Room had air conditioning but not switched on so like an oven. Asked for a fan and staff were helpful However we had to build it as it was brand new. Shower cubicle a little small. Good it had fridge but no milk given and tea and coffee sachets not refilled. Decent location but need a car really.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel en est très agréable et souriant, quel plaisir ! Chambre propre et correcte, à part la douche vraiment petite. Le fameux waterparI est juste en face à pieds, génial pour les enfants. La piscine et les installations sont top. La partie repas également : nous avons bien mangé toute la semaine pour du all inclusive c’est plus que correct.

Hotel was good and conveniently located. Water park opposite was amazing. Had pool view room so had lots of noise from the hotel until 11pm. Air con unit was poor. Wifi was poor. Sink blocked from first day but hotel fixed it straight away. Sheets not changed daily. Some new towels had stains.

My son got food poisoning with temperature up to 39 from hotel food, another kid also got food poisoning and went to hospital on the same day food is no where near fresh.Additional charges for: using water park 6 p.d, changing towels 6, natural coffee at the bar 1,5. Even for all inclusive option. At the main restaurant natural cofee is not available. Overall feels like all inclusive is like cheap option by the way they act to you. Im not going there again even for free...

Accueil exceptionnel à la réception et en français. Beaucoup d'informations données sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants. Personnel souriant et aimable. Chambre très confortable et plusieurs chaines de télévision françaises. Concernant les repas et petits-déjeuners, suffisamment de choix pour y trouver son bonheur avec une qualité très correcte. Excellent séjour, établissement à recommander.

Hotel très propre, pas trop loin de l'aéroport (il faut une voiture quand meme), mais il y à des navettes gratuites qui vous amènent à MAO le préfecture qui est à moins de 10 km. Très belle piscine, petit déjeuner avec une multitudes de choix et le plus, nous qui partions à 5h30 pour prendre l'avion, ils nous ont meme préparé le petit déjeuner serte moins concéquant que d'habitude, mais il à le mérite d"etre proposé pour une heure si matinale. Du bruit du aux animations jusqu'à 22h30, puis le calme. Possibilité de pension ou demi-pension, mais nous n'avons pas testé. Hotel à recommander.

La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Desde nuestra llegada el personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos facilitaron toda la información y servicios que estaban a nuestra disposición. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con buenas vistas y todos los empleados destacan por su amabilidad. El desayuno es muy variado con muy buena calidad. Buen ejemplo del servicio es como Moha se encarga de preparar en la plancha huevos fritos, tortillas, tortitas....con cariño y con ilusión. El resto de personal del buffet muy atentos y con una energía ejemplar. Muy contento de haber elegido este hotel para nuestra estancia en Menorca. Volveremos.

Hôtel agréable propre et bien entretenu personnel agréable et à l ecoute. Les repas sont varier échange régulièrement sauf petit déjeuner. Possibilité pour la demi-pension de changer repas du soir et du Midi. Les activités proposées pour la journée et en soirée Possibilité de près de serviette de plage avec caution et enfin l'hôtel se situe à 20 minutes à pied de la première plage ou possibilité de prendre minibus gratuit de l'hôtel.
