The Level at Melia Sevilla

Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge. Once re-opened it was great.

From the moment we arrived, greeted by the wonderful Beatrice at the reception of The Level we had a lovely stay. She set the right tone and others strove to match it.

The entrance of the hotel is beautiful. From the time we entered the hotel everyone was helpful polite and friendly. Our room was great for us not fancy it was clean. Thank you Melia Sevilla 💃

Very friendly service and the level area with free drinks and snacks and tapas was perfect. Very close to the back of Plaza espana.

Perfectly situated for sightseeing with the Plaza de Espana is just across the road. Unfortunately we weren’t anle to see the Plaza in all it’s glory due to the summer festival of concerts taking place. On arrival we were greeted by one of the very friendly and helpful Level staff and shown around. Level guests have free tapas and drinks all day with Happy Hour in the evening. Our room was on the 11th (top) floor and was spacious with air conditioning - much appreciated as the temperature was in the 90s while we were there. Only criticism is that the bathroom was too compact with both a bath and shower (others only had a shower which would have suited us better) and the toilet was too close to the shower door which made it awkward getting in and out of the shower. Breakfast in the Mosaico dining area offered a varied choice of menu and had both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor pool was the perfect place to cool down after a day’s sightseeing with a covered bar area and plenty of umbrellas and sun loungers. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge and bar area with plenty of comfortable seating. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family celebrating a milestone birthday.

The staff at The Level were amazing from start to finish. The lounge staff were always welcoming and the pool restaurant team were really friendly. The additional costs for the Level were absolutely worth it.

Very friendly staffs , good environment, clean rooms. It was very convenient for our family with kids. Parking was so easy, and we like the location.

Close to the old city. Level experience was greatly appreciated

We booked a premium room which was certainly worth the money due to the extras we received. The room was large, it included breakfast and from midday extensive snacks and drinks were available including champagne, named brand alcohol and a variety of soft drinks, tea and coffee. On arrival premium level guests report to a separate reception area and the staff there were amazing catering for all our needs from the waiting staff to reception. They gave us helpful tips on where to go and booked excursions for us. There is an on-site pool which is a good size and needed after a hot day of walking around in Seville. From the hotel it’s approximately 20 minutes walk into the centre of Seville. The Plaza de Espana is right opposite the hotel. We will certainly be returning to Seville and this hotel in the future.

Spacious well located, comfy bed, the resturant was fabulous!

Great location. Didn't need to use public transport once at hotel. 20 minute walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Beautiful park opposite hotel. Taxi from airport €25.

Everything was great

Location was ideal Conveniently located near the main places to the places we wanted to visit

Problem: Air conditioner does not work well. It is hot and stuffy inside the hotel. Another biggest problem elevators, They are small and very slow. It took us 15 min to go up or down every time. I heard a lot of complains from guests. To be fear the hotel is clean and beds are very good. I love buffet style breakfast that was included in my stay.

I loved how welcome they make you feel. Their kindness is unique. The concierge and the blond lady at the reception were incredibly gentle helping me taking care of my luggage and printing my airline passing board.

We loved everything about this hotel. Definitely we will book again if we go back to sevilla.

My stay at Melia properties always exceeds expectations. My daughter and I were exhausted from travel, but wanted to enjoy the evening yet be on time for our bus depot drop off. Melia took care of us big time. Classy too. Thank you, Melia!
