Nice and clean hotel with excellent staff. Close to shops and old part of Dubai. It was worth it the price we paid. Thank you

My Experience it was good and I loved

Comfy bed, good sized room and bath.

Not the standard I'd expect from a Radisson Blu. Location isn't ideal - not much to walk to beyond a supermarket and a yemeni restaurant - absolutely need a car if you're staying here. Pool area is basic but functional. Good pool bar menu. Generally the hotel felt quite tired. Needs some modernisation. Did like the room - while basic it had a separate living area so lots of space.

Great hotel especially with the help of both receptionists Dana and Nadeem.

We stayed one night but had a very pleasant stay. Staff was very helpful and location was central. There is a grocery store near by where you can shop for a reasonable price. Overall, good stay.

Room was ok, but WiFi is very bad in rooms except lobby/restaurant. Being this visit for business I felt terrible without WiFi.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

Staff were great, we extended our stay with a subsequent booking and the hotel linked it seamlessly meaning we didnt need to change rooms too. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to the rest of Muscat so makes for a great pace to stay. The Breakfast did not satisfy our group but we found local alternatives.

The hotel staff are so great specially the young Omani reciptionist. Location is unbeatable as the hotel is surrounded by great shopping malls and restaurants among other tourist places.

This hotel is the worst one.Staff are terrible... The reception desk is managed by most inefficient people..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality..no enough towels. Checking time was at 3pm but they made us wait till 5pm . I don’t recommend this hotel specifically if you go with kids. Location is good but it needs a proper management with hotel management scale.

Large rooms and friendly staff and good value for money. The area is modern and the complex of duel carriage ways does not make it pedestrian friendly. The rooms could be better soundproofed.

The hotel is in a good location cloaenll big malls like email of Oman and avenues.. Rooms are big and clean. Definitely value for money. It is right next to Panorama mall but the mall is almost empty. It does have a supermarket and a couple of coffee shops that was convenient. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as I went to check it out before deciding and I felt the breakfast was not worth what you pay for it (10omr) - limited options.

Very nice hotel for a short visit in the city. Room was cleaned and perfect for our visit. We had a late flight and we were allowed to do late check out. It made a huge difference for us. Very nice and helpful lobby and dining room staff. Hotel provides free underground parking which was a game changer during high temperatures. Definitely recommended.

It is difficult to give the Levatio Hotel anything less than 5 stars in all areas. Accepted, we were there this month -,so July, which is low season (and hot....very hot) therefore the hotel was very quiet. Every single team member I spoke to was friendly, engaging, highly professional and very welcoming. We did not eat in the restaurant for dinner, but took breakfast every morning which catered for all tastes and which again was exemplary. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring with very easy and (a surprise for folk like us from the UK) - free parking. We hired a vehicle to explore and left it in the carpark out side the hotel with no worry. Muscat and Oman generally is a very safe country and parking anywhere and everywhere is very easy in my experience. There is also a supermarket right next to the hotel for stocking up on products should you need. The rooms are spacious and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities are in place along with a mini fridge. Still water bottles are replaced daily. If you are looking for value for money, excellent standards and a friendly hotel then consider the Levatio. I should add that it is also very centrally located and the air conditioning is first rate. There is also a shopping mall located - 1 minute walk One thing i would recommend is to download the OTaxi app while you are there. Simply top up your wallet using any bank card and away you go. Very reasonable prices I thought, in comparison to the UK taxi industry.
