Had a great balcony room with a view of Eiger. Staff service was superb, welcoming and very helpful to plan our time there. Great breakfast and Barry’s Restaurant was also excellent - service and food.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was thought of in the rooms, from daily stocked fridge and snacks to slippers and robes. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the beautiful town of Grindewald.

Had a Junior Suite. Did not like the room set up & it was nothing like what I saw on-line when I reserved it. Also, the breakfast restaurant had a real problem with flies. Very annoying (and unsanitary). Really regretted that I made this reservation & should have found a much better property in Grindlewald.

We had a very nice view of Eiger Mountain from our room.
The room is in the back side of the hotel (2nd building) so it's nice, but it also takes some efforts to go through the hotel to get there ( a bit of a maze going thru).
Hotel staff is friendly.
Complimentary drinks are a big plus. They said they replenish everyday, but that was not the case as some items were not replenished. The room is extremely hot from floor heating.

Sauna area was very nice and gym facilities. Room was spacious with a balcony and view. Breakfast was good and included in stay. There was a buffet but you could also omlet or fried eggs for no extra charge. Barrys restaurant on site is nice and serves good food. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room had a fan provided but no air conditioning, so if you are from a country where AC is the norm, you could be a little warm in your room depending on time of year. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Eiger Mountain Soul resorts staff were amazing. If you were standing anywhere at the hotel, multiple staff would asks if you needed something.
Very clean, great dining, and in the main part of town, near the train station. If you stay there, you can walk either direction from the hotel to find nice restaurants and shops.
Great gym facility and the private whirlpool eas awesome.
Would stay again.

Property is tired and worn. Time for a refurbishment. Awkwardly laid out with multiple floors and buildings. One porter, no carts and parking far from lobby entrance. Not easy to navigate if you have heavy luggage. Give four stars for location.
