The IT system run by Traveloka and its connection with Hotel Kipling is very good. Hotel vouchers do not need to be shown. Hotel staff only ask for passports, immediately seen on the computer. It is confirmed so quickly without any complications. It feels like it took less than 5 minutes to interact with the receptionist, the key was immediately obtained and you can go to the room. Don't ask about how the hotel staff are, they work very effectively and efficiently, and are very supportive and helpful with their friendliness.

Nice room withbampme space and a very comfortable bed. We had a room with a mini kitchenette so did not try the hotel breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the city,and accessing the train station. It is also close to many good neighborhood restaurants with good food and good prices.

We stayed just one night. We received a VIP upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. Our room faced the street, and there is a bar or restaurant on the other side of the street but it was not noisy. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast because we left very early the next day. It took 10 min to get to the airport by taxi (at 5 am - may take longer with traffic). I would definitely stay again!

I would also say that the shower/bath combos were difficult to use and the half door meant everything got wet. No water pressure at all and hard to shower in.

Challenges were major construction going on right outside my room (it was incredibly noisy during my stay in March 2026, which was rough after flying all night). My room's closet was broken (you couldn't open it), as was the sink handle. But the staff were kind and thoughtful, especially the dining room staff.
