Good breakfast, helpful staff

We stayed just one night. We received a VIP upgrade. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean. Our room faced the street, and there is a bar or restaurant on the other side of the street but it was not noisy. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We didn't try the breakfast because we left very early the next day. It took 10 min to get to the airport by taxi (at 5 am - may take longer with traffic). I would definitely stay again!

Very good hotel, it deserve a 5 star grading ! Top service from very polite professional personnel. Honestly I chose this hotel at a last minute emergency trip, and it is definitely a very good surprise. Conveniently situated near the main train station, very good fresh peaceful breakfast, silent and conformable room with full over equip super clean bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will come back.

Excellent location, easy walk from the train station. Close to the lake, the (free) tram, and a number of good restaurants. Challenges were major construction going on right outside my room (it was incredibly noisy during my stay in March 2026, which was rough after flying all night). My room's closet was broken (you couldn't open it), as was the sink handle. But the staff were kind and thoughtful, especially the dining room staff.

The room is very cosy and very comfortable. It is the second time I book in this hotel and will definitely book again for my next trip. Breakfast is also very good with quality products and enough variety.

The biggest standout for us was the courtesy and hospitality of the staff, whether at the front desk or breakfast room. Impressive to see these days and very friendly. This hotel should be a bit more ambitious as a boutique property. The subcontinent look and feel is very welcoming. We noticed that the rooms are a little worn and could use some refreshing. The most negative comment is about the beds which should be replaced. Both were single beds The mattresses are far too hard and we missed the Swiss style feather duvets to which we have become accustomed over many years of travel in Switzerland. The buffet breakfast while above average could use a bit of a reboot. We would recommend an improvement in both the size and quality of the breakfast pastries notably the croissants. The breakfast room is warm and comfortable. The small self serve bar in the lobby is also a welcome feature. With some relatively small tweaks we would have no hesitation in recommending more enthusiastically this hotel so well located and within walking distance of the train station.

Close to train station.Very clean but tired looking. Painting needed on walls and base boards. Not a lot of breakfast choices and cost 22 Euros each! Bathroom door did not close properly,the windows looked newish but not sound proof at all. Makeup mirror in bathroom was broken

Very cute hotel, nicley decorated, excellent service, great breakfast, walking distance to points of interests, very good airconditioning, comfortable bed, I give it 10 out of 10.
