The lady at bar is very rude and unfortunately she is Incharge of lobby and you may suffer her cranky nature. Be careful. If she is not there then whole stay is good

The staff were all smiles and happy to go above and beyond to make our stay super comfy. The pool temperature was just right, the spa was relaxing, the chef took pride in what came to the happening lobby lounge or the chic restaurant. Cute little outdoor play area and the kids club kept the little one busy. The slopes were 10mins out and the town centers too.

Very cozy and quiet hotel in this adorable region of Switzerland. Good value for money with a great service, good bar and restaurant. Very nice indoor pool. Public buses in front of the hotel to the center and train stations of Saanen and Gstaad.

I have a very mixed opinion about the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, stylish especially the lounge . The evening atmosphere in the lounge is wauuu!The location is fantastic. The views are magnificent!
But I am very confused about the service. Taking into account there SO MUCH staff around, there is always something missing. I spoke to some guests, most of them had the same opinion.
The most negative moments were:
- mess in spa, no responsible person, water everywhere , no clean towels etc….
- it was my birthday weekend. My friend decorated the room for me with balloons. We left to the mountains and when we came back. To our surprise we noticed all decorations were removed by the housekeeper. I sent the complaint , but no one even bothered to reply or apologize. As well my colleagues sent me the flowers to the room , paid by card to the hotel directly.The red roses were so old and not fresh. The flowers cost 275 CHF . I know the price as the hotel included this to my check out bill, which as well not clear for me why to do so.
Probably the last thing . The room I booked ( north facing ) had a different view in Expedia. I believe the hotel must be more specific about the pictures they put. Unfortunately I don’t see the option here to add pictures.

It is a little bit far from the city center, 35 min walking e taxis are extremely expensive. You can use public bus transportation, but late night you have to take a taxi. Minimum chf 30 any place…
The hotel atmosphere is amazing. Room very nice and delicious breakfast .

I stayed with my family over Christmas 2031, could mot have chosen a better place. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was charming .and location was perfect. Highly recommend it, doecially if you travel with young children.

Way too crowded considering the covid era. Breakfast was absolute mayhem, crazy full of people. We loved our room (connecting rooms), and the sushi. The staff are all brilliant and very kind and friendly. Food at Vue is really not great I’m afraid. The ribs tasted of nothing and took 1h to atrive. Carbonara was pretty bad, too. Desserts are excellent.
