We had a beautiful suite on the 5th floor. Very cool with 2 showers, 2 sinks, separate toilet, sitting area, spacious bed area. Having to take 2 elevators up to the room was odd but not a big inconvenience. Staff was very helpful. No A/C but opening windows solved the problem.

I stayed here for my 40th birthday, only for 5 days. I honestly have to say it’s was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Firstly the rooms a spacious and comfortable and everyday our room was cleaned and we had fresh bottles of water.
Secondly the breakfast was delicious.
Thirdly the hotel manager and his wife were very helpful and kind.
In the day of my birthday myself me my partner went out for a meal and when we came back my room was decorated I was so happy I will never forget this experience..
Overall the staff was excellent oh and the lady that I booked at the hotel for a massage she was brilliant.
My favourite was the sauna was we had our own privacy.
Overall I had a great time at Le white Hotel.

Beautiful, clean hotel just on the edge of Champery village. Lovely room with good amenities, excellent bathroom and the most stunning views from room balcony (not the largest but fine for 2 people). I was here in the summer and it was hot! My room did not have aircon but maybe that isn't usually a requirement in a Swiss ski resort.
I had breakfast each morning and the food was also good with plenty of choice. The handmade granola was the best! I also ate in the hotel's adjoining restaurant, where the food and service were both excellent. I would certainly choose to stay here again if I return to magical Champery.

Weather was perfect, the location is amazing. You do not need a car as the train station is next fo the hotel and the village has superb transport to get around to the mountains and restaurants. Everything is close enough to walk within 10 mins and the view is breathtaking being surrounded by mountains.

I had booked 3 double rooms for a ski week. The receptionst (Alex) was extremley helpful and the hotel upgraded our rooms to premium. All the staff were great, Thomas even drove us to the ski lift on the first day and recommended a good ski hire shop. Breakfast was great with a large choice of hot and cold options. The sauna is a good addition to the hotel especially after a cold day on the mountain and the ski room is modern with plenty of racks for drying boots, gloves etc. The rooms were always clean and there is a cosy cave area next to the bar. The ski lift is a 10 min walk and there is a ski bus and train (both free) that come regularly.

We stayed here very early in the season (26/12-1/1) when the restaurant wasn’t fully open. The staff are super friendly and helpful if overburdened with multiple roles. We stayed in a suite with a fab view but it was all open plan including the wet room/bathroom area which needed a door if only to protect the carpet. The last two nights we switched to two king-sized rooms which were very different sizes. One was also rather hot and stuffy. Overall it was fairly good value (though the partner restaurant handling the half board when Le White’s decent restaurant was not open) was fairly grim. Biggest plus is the nice, friendly staff. Location also great if you have a car. If we return to Champery in ski season, we will try to stay in the centre of town. That’s not Le White’s fault but it’s the reality of it.

Nice boutique style hotel with lovely personnel but for a ski holiday we found the room but even more importantly the ski room too small. Nice sauna but hot tub would be a big plus. In boutique hotels, one now also expect a nespresso machine in the room.

Modern comfortable rooms that have been recently refurbished, very friendly staff who made the effort each morning to tell us about the weather conditions on the slopes, good breakfast. Got caught out by the plug sockets - a specific Swiss adaptor is needed rather than generic European, but we were able to borrow one from reception. We had a standard twin room which unfortunately only had a bath with a handheld shower, which wasn't ideal for washing long hair! Make sure you're good friends with the person you're sharing with as the bathroom doors are see-through (the toilet was private though!) Even though we turned off the heating in our room it was very hot in the hotel (despite freezing temperatures outside!) Breakfast starts at 8am and buses to the slopes only run every 20 minutes (it is walkable in about 10-15 minutes) so if you want to catch the first lift this probably isn't the hotel for you, unless you don't mind missing breakfast. Overall a good experience.
