The location is a bit far, and traffic in Neihu is often very congested, making it inconvenient to go in and out of the hotel.
Breakfast costs 350 NT, which is not worth it. The options are very limited—only congee and no rice. There were many Japanese and Korean guests, yet for two consecutive days there was no fish or miso soup. Considering the room rates, breakfast should be included rather than charged separately. The food selection is unlikely to appeal to Japanese, Korean, or Western guests. 350 NT is definitely overpriced for what is offered.
The guestroom carpet is dark, making it difficult to tell whether it is clean, which feels a bit uncomfortable. There is also no door between the bathroom and the main room, so you can clearly hear every sound from the toilet.
Staying two nights in Neihu (Friday and Saturday) cost over 17,000 NT, which does not feel worth the price.
The only truly commendable part is the staff—the front desk and restaurant teams were very friendly and kind.

飯店地點有些偏遠，內湖交通相當容易塞車，出入不是很方便。
早餐一份 350 元真的不划算，選擇非常少—只有稀飯，竟然沒有白飯。入住時不少日韓旅客，但連續兩天早餐都沒有魚和味噌湯。以房價來看，早餐應該要附贈，而不是另外收費。這樣的餐點內容，日韓與歐美旅客大多也不會喜歡。350 元的價格實在偏高且不值得。
房間地毯是深黑色的，很難判斷是否乾淨，住起來有點不太舒服。另外，浴室與房間之間沒有門可以隔音，上廁所的聲音完全清楚聽得到。
在內湖住兩晚（星期五與六），費用超過一萬七台幣，整體感受完全不值這個價格。
唯一值得稱讚的是服務人員，無論櫃台或餐廳，都非常親切友善。

The property was nice but it wasn’t as nice as the photos. Detail wasn’t taken when cleaning was done, mold in the shower area and many hairs from previous guest on the carpet. The location was really convenient and the staff was really nice.
