This is a new hotel, so everything is new and clean. The location is a short block away from a lively night market. The staff is wonderful! They were extremely kind and helpful to me and my elderly father. I was impressed by the excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful and made to order. Highly recommended!

Hotel is a bit dated but in a great location. You can't be any closer to the night market and there are lots of great food options. We stayed several nights with Chiayi as a base. It was very quiet until someone checked into the room above us. On that night, it was clear that the soundproofing is non-existent. A bit tricky for light sleepers.

Clean rooms, not too to walk to restaurants & night market. Listed as amenities for the hotel was ‘luggage storage’. However when we got there we were told they had no luggage storage facility. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

We booked a triple room. It was spacious and came with sufficient amenities. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom is very spacious and well installed. Hotel staff was well mannered and very helpful. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends.

We stay a night early Jan. 2018. Reception was quite & precise. Room given in pretty new condition & spacious, albeit lacked hanger in bathroom. Only blemish was sound proof isn't the best. Kid jumping & running on raised wooden flooring next door could be heard as late as close to mid night. Hotel, although close to night market requires a 7-10 min ride from the Chiayi main train station. We had to ride on feeder bus from Zuoying THSR Station for half hour to get to Chiayi Main Train Station. Breakfast was a set arrangement, but adequate & not bad. Getting to hotel from Zuoying takes a while & some effort. Cab driver had slight trouble finding hotel as they didn't know ML Hotel in Chinese. Neither did we. Could have helped if Hotel were to advise checking in guests hotel name in Chinese
