I’m very please with my stay at The Three House. Not sure why there so many negative review about this property. Overall staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Kaohsiung for holiday in the future.

I would not recommend staying here. The property is dated and tired. Hot water was sporadic at best and took 5mins of running taps to get look warm. Staff took our towels when they cleaned the room leaving us with none to use , and then when we asked for replacements it took 10ins to get them.
Breakfast was the only ok aspect
Avoid. Reviews from early this year are bogus I think.

Met all expectations but didn't really excel at any, the air conditioning was a bit of a weak point. While it works, it struggled to keep the room much below 25. Pool was a fantastic break from the heat and a real selling point! Location is great, right near an MRT stop and plenty of food options. Not at all unhappy with our stay.

This hotel has seen better days……decades ago. Changed rooms twice as locks were faulty. Finally got downgraded to a room with functioning lock but faucet and tap feels like they could break anytime.
Staff was apologetic but that’s about it. No service recovery at all. Honestly would never ever return, even if they paid me to. Don’t be deceived by the photos - stay at your own risk.

Very dirty swimming pool. Filter is broken. All the dirt is just floating around. Tiles are falling off. Room is ok. Carpet needs changing. Old and stained.

I like getting hotels that are part of Expedia VIP, well this was a horrible experience. The first room thst we got had cockraches, so i let them know and was moved to another room where the water was stuck in the sink. The VIP perks of room upgrade or discount were never provided even after letting them know, so i will not stay here again.

The facility of the hotel is fair and totally acceptable with respect to the price charged.
