If you like deffusers and aroma therapy, you'd love this hotel. The lobby is almost like a shop for aroma oils. The room is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is delivered to your room and it's good.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the plastic tatami-like floor was very nice to walk on and certainly felt more sanitary than carpet. I also appreciated the air purifier, as the AQI was, as often the case in central and southern Taiwan, not great. The main problem I have is that I ended up using the air purifier just as much as a white noise machine as an air purifier. Put another way, the walls are not soundproof. I could hear people upstairs laughing, the TV of the room next to me, and room service repeatedly ringing the doorbell of the person far across the hall from me. One night, around 2 am, a clicking noise started that reminded me of the sound a central air unit will make right before the AC kicks in. Only this clicking went on for at least 30 minutes before I finally fell back to sleep. Also, the bathroom faucet was placed in such a way that I had to try really hard not to flood the entire counter every time I used it. That being said, the shampoo and conditioner were fantastic. I’ve accepted that when I travel, my hair is just going to be a disaster. Yet the shampoo and conditioner here (or the water? Maybe that was also treated) made for decent looking hair on my head. So thanks for that. Also, I always appreciate heated toilet seats.

We had a family stay here, with our 7-Month-Old boy. We called in advance, and the hotel had helped us to prepare baby bed, bed rail, a Combi steam sterilizer and baby bathtub! These are basically everything that you need, so they are really helpful! But I hope their walls are sound proof as our little boy was a bit noisy before he went to bed... Overall an exceptional stay experience!

The staff at the front desk were very nice and cordial, but the room itself left a lot to be desired. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work at all, and the room felt musty and humid the whole stay. The room was right across from the elevator and the thin walls and door making sleeping impossible from 6:30 am until checkout. The water pressure and the shower head in the bathroom were super uncomfortable and kind of painful. The design of the sink caused water to constantly build up on the counters. The main floor of the room was also sticky and uncomfortable to walk on. The remote for the TV also seemed a little sticky as well.

I booked the hotel for a 1 night stay. Check-in was fast and easy. The girl at the counter also told me that from 5 pm to 10 pm refreshments were available free of charge for hotel guests on floor M. So, after I checked in, I went for a quick refreshment. There was coffee, juice, teas, cookies, candies, chocolates, and pastries from what I can remember. It was very nice that I could sit down and have a nice "Dilmah" lemon tea. The room is nice. I loved that I could have a wooden floor room rather than carpeted. Each room has an air purifier for clean air. No smoking. The bathrooms have Toto toilet seats if that's an amenity that you enjoy. There are lots of lights with which you can play with. The next morning, I checked out and the person manning the counter was kind enough to hep me call a taxi. It came in 5 mins. and I was on my way to the HSR. Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely. It was a night of sound sleep and it's not too far away from the HSR. The hotel is nicely designed, the refreshments are a very nice gesture for tired guests, and comfort and service is pleasing.

I stayed at the TreeArt for three nights during China Lunar New Year 2018, I had booked a deluxe room and expected it to be a little bigger. There was a very small desk, covered with a fruit plate, tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. Not much room for anything else. There was a single desk chair, and now where else to sit, except on the bed or the Toto wash-your-butt throne. The wash basin was also a bit cramped, yet nice and clean. Right next to it was a small place to hang a few garments, out of view but not behind a closed door. The shower was glass door enclosed tile and there was a small, elegant Japanese style tub on the other side of the bathroom. The tub was closest to the room, also glass enclosed, with manual privacy blinds. The room is terrible for entertaining anyone other than a very intimate friend. It is designed for romance. The bed was a king size with good luxury sheets. It took up most of the space in the room. I had a large duffle-style case which was impossible to place in a way that did not dominate the ambiance of the otherwise neatly organized, very clean room. There was an odd odor in the room, but there was an air purifier which took care of the smell when set on a silent "low." The TreeArt loans guests cruiser type, seven-speed bikes (with lights for running at night) that make the trip to the nearby night market pretty quick and painless. This was a very nice amenity, but by far the best amenity was the very ample and varied rooftop breakfast.
