Hotels in Makkasan

The staffs are very helpful, my favorite are the man that opens the door for us (gray hair one) and the receptionist with the blonde short hair. Aaaand the lady that is always busy cleaning the kitchen, she is very nice, helps us a lot, very sweet and kind. 7-Eleven is in front of the hotel. They have instant noodles that are ready to be cooked anytime. They have morning 'snacks' which is more like 'breakfast' to me. They have eggs, bread, strawberry jam, banana, coffee, sugar, latte cream. LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!

The first day I got there, my room was upgraded. Thanks. Very clean room and appliances, all very nice and comfy.

Service is great. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Beyond expectation. I do recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Bangkok Makkasan. The hotel offers excellent value with its clean, well-designed rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff also deserve special recognition—they are attentive, polite, and always quick to assist with any request. Overall, Mercure Bangkok Makkasan is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and warm service at a great price.

Must have been here 3 times already. Everything is okay. Especially very close to MRT and Airport Rail Link to the airport. Food is cool

The location is super convenient, very close to Ratchaprarop Station and Pratunam Night Market — both are within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If you get hungry in the middle of the night, no worries, there's a 7-Eleven nearby. We definitely recommend this place for anyone who loves exploring and walking around the city. Thanks for the great experience, and we hope to be back again someday! 😊✨

The staff are very friendly, they have two adorable cats, and there's no deposit required. It's like family here.

Friendly and professional staff. The hotel is very clean, from the room to the bathroom. The distance to the center is only about 1km, very convenient to travel by BTS to BKK airport. We are very satisfied with everything. Hope the hotel will keep this lovely advantage! See you again!
