This was my third stay at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff are always warm, friendly, and welcoming, making me feel at home every time I visit. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is very convenient. The service has been consistently excellent throughout all my stays, which is why I keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful experience. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Love hotel location, amenities, and affordability. I am a regular client here. It’s good for family vacation. Nice pool and kids club. Easy access to BTS, Central World, Siam Paragon, and Lumpini Park! Most importantly, 7-11 is located just 10 meters away!

Very impressive! Special thanks to Ms. Jam who assisted us along the stay, and all the staff were super helpful (we lost our bag in a taxi and hotel staff were trying their best to track and bring it back to us). We were very thankful, they really helped us a lot. Thank you so much ❤️

Had a fabulous stay in the hotel. Room and facilities were great. Food was great. Service was impeccable. Near the BTS and shopping area. Highly recommended.

All the staffs were very friendly and helpful. One staff who welcomed me spoke very good English, and others I've met spoke or at least understood basic English, which helped a lot. At my departure time, the concierge staff even had a bellboy bringing my suitcases to nearest bus stop (unfortunately forgot to ask their names). Room was also very clean, and I could ask my food reheated without charge. Unfortunately, they did not provide halal food for breakfast, so I didn't try any food there. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, much thank you and hope to stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok.

This is the second time I spent my holiday at Bed@town. Good location (500 m to BTS, opposite 7-11, near BigC and Central World.), friendly staff with warm welcome and enthusiastic support that make me feel very comfortable. See you next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was very convenient. Everything was well-maintained and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I had a great thought here with 10/10 points on hotel standards, absolute cleanliness, better-looking rooms, considerate staff and very polite, rich breakfast, convenient location to go set of big mall near the hotel.
