They give Americans and people from Europe the bad rooms on purpose because most times the rooms are non refundable and they know once you see the room you are going to leave. Hotel entrance is in an alley tucked away between two restaurants. When I finally did find it the place looked abandoned. Then when I made it to the room ( elevator does not work so prepare to walk stairs) the room was the dirtiest place I’ve been in Thailand. Stains on the walls and sheets. bugs and spider webs everywhere and the bathroom had just been used so I know for a fact they did not clean it. Please do not stay here I know the price is tempting but it is a trap. When you see the room in person you’re going to leave and lose your money. The area around the hotel is nice if you’re willing to walk around, which is why the fact that the room was so terrible is disheartening. Please for the love of God pick a different place there other hotels near by so maybe check those out. This place is right in the middle of this happening street. And that’s the only nice thing I got to say. The rooms were pretty old, washroom was smelling bad and to top it all off there was no water in the washroom the next morning.

It’s great very close to the night life I would have never found it so great

Filthy room, there was a bug on my bed when we first walked in. Nastiest place I’ve stayed before, walked in and walked right out. No refund unfortunately

Awful. bugs smashed on the wall, paint peeling off, other people’s things left in the room, lamp was on the ground. Walked in and left within 5 minutes, worst place i’ve ever been too. Not to mention they would not even consider a refund, disgusting!

Dirty facilities, very noisy, very uncomfortable bed, no sleep, bed bugs

The most horrible place you can find. There is a discotheque bellow the hotel. It is not just noisy, even with noise cancelling headphones you can feel the basses. We needed to stay overnight for flight early morning. At 04:00am the show was still going on. The room is dirty with bugs, we found some dry excrements left next to the toilet door. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly. The receptionist tried to double bill us (we prepaid on the web), after some investigation late evening, the charge was refunded, nobody even apologized. We had another reservation at the same hotel a week after, luckily it was with a cancellation option.

We booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, most other hotels were fully booked so we weren’t left with much choice. We found loads of cockroaches in our rooms - our friend’s room even had a cockroach nest in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to staff at the hotel they didn’t seem to care much and made an attempt to sweep away the nest but when we returned to the room there was still part of the nest there. We could see the eggs and small cockroaches moving. We asked for a refund for the night and weren’t allowed. Overall the room was okay, bed rock hard making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. But otherwise fine.

Super location, but a bit noisy.

Well there is a reason why we book so they ready for us ,but when we get there it not they scramble try to get a room for us which the room still hasn't clean ,dirty towels, dead cockroach on the floor.during our stay they only come and clean the room once that cuz we ask them a couple times.dont believe the picture on web complete opposite .place smell like piss ,disappointed .

Local area good, room very small and staff normal

Brilliant location on a budget to party on Khaosan road. Rooms are basic but suitable for backpackers. Yes it’s noisy but what do you expect on Khaosan Road.
