Very good, the service is also very good, the room is clean and the AC is cold, there is always hot water, there is a bar and restaurant upstairs, there is like a small mall inside the hotel, unfortunately I only found out when I checked in, there is a Starbucks too, very pleasant, close to the Chinatown night market.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. Not exactly as pictured… a bit smaller than what was in the photo, but otherwise the same. The river view was a tiny sliver of the river like a mile away lol but the view was still pretty good because you can see some of the temples from the room. The rotating restaurant was just ok. Breakfast was a good selection. The property was nice. 7-11 is right across the street. Not sure I’d call this a 4 star hotel only cuz it’s a little older, but I don’t have any real complaints. I’d stay there again.

Great location in China Town for exploring Bangkok. Close to everything you could need. Staff were polite and welcoming. One thing that did take me by surprise was at checking out. We were asked to take a seat. I asked why, and the reply was so they could check our rooms. I assured them that I had left the room in a good standard and refused to wait. I have visited many countries and never experienced that before. It’s treating their guests with suspicion. Unfortunately the last experience of the hotel before leaving.

Everything is just fine and wonderful. Clean safe, and is proxy district to anywhere in Bangkok. Concierge is very proactive keep looking out for tourists who jeeds help. The only small drawback is the power point for the plug which I think should have more connections power point for USB/c type cable for charging.
