It's in a very convenient location, close to both BTS and MRT stations. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are old, but they are well-maintained, so there are no problems. The food is also delicious. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Bangkok.

The two bedroom suite was enormous. Pool was great, although the depth was 1.5 M throughout the entire pool. No real shallow end. My boys were a little uncomfortable with the pool depth but it worked for them. Had they been shorter, they probably would not have wanted to swim.

When I mentioned that it was my friend's birthday, who was staying in the same room, they prepared a cake and fruit for us, which I found incredibly touching.

The room was good and clean, but bathroom had a terrible shower solution where you had to stand in the bathtub and water was gathering all around the tub. Looked like and old solution they had tried to renew renewed, but unsuccessful attempt. Gym was good equiped with training gear, but there was no towels and bad air conditioning so I was running on the mill with sweat running into the eyes and difficulty breathing in the poorly cooled air. The rest of the facilities were good.

The hotel is well located and well cleaned. It does however lack organisation which is a management issue. For example I stayed for three weeks spending 100,000 baht on the room unless there’s 3000 baht deposit for using room service When I had spent 5700 baht which is less than £150 on room service over the first two weeks the staff chased me down to settle the bill because they’re exposure at that point was 2750 baht, despite the fact I’m staying for another week They sent me an urgent memo instructing me to appear at the front desk and settle the bill. This is not how proper hotels work and I will not be staying with them again.

Everything was great aside from the shower. We stayed in 2503 and everything was fantastic. The staff were great, room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. The shower in our room leaked constantly (they have the handheld shower head, not a rainfall shower), so the area around the tub was always wet. Aside from that minor inconvenience the hotel was lovely. Very good location too, close to dining options, shopping and transportation.

I do like this hotel for the most part. It’s hard to find a good priced comfortable room in Bangkok. Finding this note slipped under my door saying they plan to come in my room and fumigate with poison while all my belongings are in the room sure doesn’t make me happy though. I just checked in yesterday, why couldn’t they do it before I checked in?
