Very bad, there is nothing to eat, and it is very far away. More importantly, the New Year check-in is very bleak, a piece of black bread, extremely poor.

The security unwelcome as I try to ask the room I booked. And asking for the parking area as I driving so far. I really tied because of my flight just landed to Thailand as well and I expected some one might helpful after I arrived to the place of my room booking.

Our plane was delayed for a few hours, thus we cannot come at 10:00PM, and landed at 1:00AM instead. Tried to call the hotel to ask if we can check in at that time. They say the front office close at 11:00PM, and offer no solution. Quite rude and say we should complain to travel agent instead of bothering them. I was traveling with my little daughter, and no way I will let us stranded at midnight with her. I decided to go to another hotel. As it is last minute cancellation, we expect no refund and try to claim the travel insurance instead. Will never book there again... such disappointed experience.

Great place to stay, very close to Don Mueang Airport.

Quite dirty in the terrace. Not clean but in the bedroom is pretty good. The ac swing fan wasn’t working so I had to open by myself. So so
