Location was very good near bts and shopping mall, suite room is very large and have everything you need for living like stay home. Beautiful swimming pool but the Jacuzzi not start even we ask for. Sauna and fitness also work fine.
This hotel is in an ideal location for visiting Bangkok, being very close to a local MRT transport station, good service and clean room, we really really appreciate it. We will come back in the next year. Sure

this is my second stay , glur isn't like it used to be. now water does not come out , the bed is dirty, there are many traces of blood .unfriendly night staff
I like staying in this hotel because the view was fantastic in the morning and evening. We can see the Chao Phraya River from the pool. Overall, it is good.
Staying here for 5 days was incredible. Staffs are super friendly and they helped a lot with my package delivery. The room is super nice and clean, really worth the price and it's close to BTS and the bus station.
Unfortunately the staff is not friendly at all. I put a big smile for them but they never smile back at me hehehe the room was so boiled, I always prepared myself to get into the room after strolling around the city. So sorry, will never get back here 🙏🏻.
My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon and our first ever trip to Thailand. The hotel is okay in all aspects except for one thing which is unforgivable. The room was always wet/humid, not just the floor but the whole atmosphere. Our clothes and belongings went wet unless we turn the AC to freezing cold 16 Celsius. It was simply gross to stay in a room like that. Called reception and they said they had a technician fixed it but it worked only for a few hours.
And what's with the septic tank trucks right in front of the building's and the restaurant's entrance, and the Buddhist altar??? Our noses never felt as violated before
