As it was New Year 's Day, we stayed in a villa that we thought was not normally used. The windows and balcony were dirty, so I contacted the staff and they came to clean them immediately. This is the only resort in Khanom with atmosphere, so I hope they will do their best to invest in facilities.

The room has two big pillars cluttering in the middle of the room (room 405). The pool is very dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned for months, very disappointed.

The old accommodation, the TV is still a model, screen cabinet, noisy air conditioner, bathroom is not separated. When the shower is flooded, the bathroom, the parking lot is less, the breakfast has a few options. But there is a local food that gives a nice view, but the walkway does not clean a lot of leaves.

The room that the hotel provided initially had a foul odor. Requesting to change rooms, it said that the accommodation is full. Didn't think of any other solutions Let the customer wait for an hour and then change the room for First and only time to stay here. Breakfast was small. Not suitable as a 4 star hotel at all

The hotel does not keep the confidential information of guests staying. Open with other people outside Which may cause damage to property and customers' lives. Employees have to share information about their stay, check-in and out times with untrustworthy people. Don't feel private And unsafe The stay in this place should be improved and not recommended and will not stay here anymore.
