Très beau séjour au resort c’est paradisiaque. Les villas étaient bien propre et confortable, ça fait très vacances sur une île! Les restais ont bons et les promenades en buggy sur le resort très cool. Les transfers en bateau sont efficace . La fun pool très agréable et la mer merveilleuse. C’est un excellent endroit pour relaxer et visiter phi phi Le en longtail.

The hotel complaint that I didn’t pay the deposit even so Expedia said they charge me for the deposit.

From the moment we were picked up for the transfer to the moment we left we had a fantastic experience. World class service. We had a 2 bed bungalow which was outstanding high quality finish, golf buggy transfers we were had everything we needed. Pool areas a little tired particularly the fun pool compared to accommodation but good quality sun loungers food was good , staff seemed to genuinely care we loved our stay

It was a great place to stay. If I would have to point out something to improve, it would be the drinking water, we constantly had to request it at hotel restaurants while dining, we understood bottle of water are limited due to environmental concerns, but the alternative would need some improvement, adding more drinking water fountain throughout the resort would help a lot for a perfect experience. Everything else was flawless, we loved the stay and hotel staff was awesome and supportive. We plan a come back next year! Thank you!

Our experience at SAii Phi Phi Island Village was truly special and memorable. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to us, and I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. They went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room—it was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We also had a small delay arriving for the boat transfer to the hotel, and to our surprise, they kindly made an exception and waited for us. That gesture truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We really loved the resort’s facilities, and one highlight was dining at the international restaurant in the evening—the lobster was absolutely delicious. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could benefit from better presentation and overall refinement. Aside from that, the included activities are a huge plus—we went kayaking and had so much fun. It’s definitely a destination worth visiting, and we would happily return.

This hotel is amazing and the village close by had everything we needed. I also recommend the hotel by the bridge close by the hotel for a very good food and sunset.

Great place. Where there for 6 nights with the family. The room/house was located near ocean. Great view. Very clean. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the quiet side of Phi Phi. Very nice white sand beach with few people. The hotel has also free activities such as kayakkibg and water snorkling, which is a plus. You can also use an app to communicate and book stuff. The food was great. So was the breakfast. Fitness room is good too. Room clraning as much as you need, several times a day. They also had a free buggy transport around the hotel in case of rain or if you are too tired to walk. Everything eas great. Things are a bit on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for. Definitley recommanded if you like peace and quiet and perfect sand/oceanview.

This is the gold star resort for others to copy. Highly recommended across the board!

Property is on an astonishing location. The phi phi experience is definitely unmatched when such resorts provide clean, comfortable and luxurious services
