The mattress was okay, not too soft, bouncy. The noise from the woman in room 413 next door (probably from the first room after the elevator turns left) was disruptive. The next person to stay there was another room at 0:32, followed by the sound of a toilet flushing, which made it impossible to sleep. Overall, it was good. The room seemed interesting, probably the last one on the fourth floor for noise reduction. It's close to restaurants, massage parlors, and there's a fun OTOP (One Tambon One Product) fair nearby; the noise didn't affect the room. I would stay here again. It's easy to find by car.

The bedroom is quite old, including the TV, refrigerator, and air conditioner. It smells musty. There is no soap or shampoo. Luckily, I prepared it myself. But it was nice to be able to sleep, take a shower and feel comfortable.

I'm thai, I travel to lampang on new year festival i'm stay at sr residence for 5 nights (in 31 dec 2019 - out 5 jan 2020) this place is good, staffs are friendly - free wifi - coffee and cracker - smoking area ** be careful : balcony of standard room is very narrow.
