This stay was phenomenal. The villa is incredible and has an unreal view of the city. The staff is lovely, and the amenities are great. My only feedback would be paying for electricity - a bit ridiculous and expensive, be aware. Other than that, wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hotel rooms offers amazing sea views and it is very clean. Love the infinity pool on the property. There are lots of dining options near the hotel. There is a steep hill to the hotel, some taxi drives would not like to drive up.

Property is on the hill with sea and mountain views makes it unique pool was nice and clean spa in the villa was in good condition. To enter the property need a vehicle it is not walkable because it is steep hill entrance. They need to make stairs to those who want to access by walk. cleaning and towel change is every 3rd day at least they have to change the towels daily basis or on request. Thanks

Deposit THB 5,000.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

-Any type of extra bed or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

-Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The electricity is charged separately based on consumption and recorded meter readings, 8 THB per kWh unit. To be paid in cash upon check out.

Cleaning fees required to be collected on site per stay at THB 2,500.- per stay

A damage deposit of THB 10,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Airport transfer is available for THB 1,500.00/person.

It's ok, the best, but the location is very far and if many people come, it's ok because the condo is a luxury condo in the condo, there is a swimming pool, the kids like it, but stay away from other places. View phuket from the top of the hill, there's no need to take a van, the van doesn't go up the Xbrani.. if you ask, the kids like it, but they have to pay THB2000 like cleaning the house when they want to checkout..

Electricity charge 8THB/each unit (for example, 3 days 650THB) + cleaning fee 2,000THB will be charged upon check out apart from the daily room charge. This rule should be mentioned more clearly in the process to book and if I knew this, I didn't book this place. The room condition was ok, the room space is big enough and with the nice view. But the cleaning is not enough, many places were dirty. We started our stay cleaning from the arrival day. It was convenient that there was a washing machine in the room. The jacuzzi in the balcony was broken (later fixed) but never worked the warm water (only cold water). The pool was just in front of the bar, so it was difficult to stay and relax in front of many people.

Very good, impressive service Suitable for many people. The rooms come in many different sizes, but the sea view is the same in every house, good view in every house, overpriced facilities. But there are few restaurants in that area Recommend service to order food better.
