i cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. it is situated right on the beach next to monkey mountain. if you get up and be down at the beach by 6:15 am and watch the performance put on by the monkeys. it is really something to see. the hotel is situated 100 yards from the pickup taxi station. cost 20 baht to go pretty much anywhere along the main strip down to the night market. Tuk Tuk back to the hotel at the end of the day cost 200 baht and is quicker. you can tell ownership and staff really care as they are always maintaining different parts of the hotel. money is being put back into this hotel to keep it looking really nice and new. rooms are good size. housekeeping does an awesome job. 3 nice pools. someone in another post said there was no shade, there is you just have to keep moving your umbrella. breakfast buffet was pretty good with a good variety. shout out to all the staff there, always smiling and saying hi.

Even the monkeys are great for entertainment

Found cockroaches 2 times in the room. One was found on the morning in bathroom. Another one was found at night on the bed. This was informed to staff when checked out. He just said he will let maid knows. Obviously that he was not well-trained to handle this kind of situation, seems unprofessional. Breakfast was not enough and all were limit.

Below standard when compared to the same price from other chains. I requested a King bed but received a twin bed without notifying. Not thing for birthday requested. Can use only one pool in a small area for hotel guests.

The hotel has a very good atmosphere. The room is beautiful on the cover. All staff provide good service, help carry luggage since getting off the car. There are many food options to choose from. clean swimming pool

Was impressed by an excellent level of customer service delivered by every staff we met during our stay at VERSO, particularly K. Mon and the everyone at the front desk. Apart from that, the villa was spacious, good buffet breakfast, nice pools with amazing facilities. Was fantastic overall.

Staying in the ocean front king room is very good. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious, divided into proportions. All supplies are available. There are cafes, restaurants, swimming pools in the accommodation. Next to the sea as well. The view is very good. The staff are very attentive. Impressed from the moment I saw the entrance.

-There is a welcome drink. Good service staff, but there are still some ministers working in some parts, making them feel less private. Especially the swimming pool area Which should be the most private, but there is a minister in the fitness room in front of the pool. Always walk around in the morning (7-8 o'clock) - the mini bar in the room has only tea and coffee, no snacks at all. Because the day that went was Christmas Got Santa socks, inside there is chocolate - very disappointed breakfast, comes 1 sheet of paper. Tick what you want to eat The portion that can be scooped and eaten There is only pork boiled rice, toast and juice. - 4 swimming pools, not playing, there is sand in it, do not know whether intended or not cared for - Finally, very disappointed with this level of Veranda's school.
