For long stays, cleaning services are provided every two days.

Car parking inside the condominium is available only on request at least 3 days before arrival. In the other case, please park your car outside around the condominium area.

WiFi is available at the first floor public area only.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Vienghomnuan Suite Chiangmai in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A security deposit of THB 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Overall is impressive. This is the valuable price! The room was nicely decorated and properly proportioned. There were small living room, kitchen, bedroom, and the balcony. It answered all our needs during stay. However, there was only one uncomfortable thing with the door on the first floor (to access the elevator) which required the room owner to open it for us. Yet, the owner was stayed up and promptly to come down and open it, also, there were many people walk in and out mostly all the time. So, this was not such big problem. I'd love to come and stay here again!

When asked to check in from the guard. The guard told me to go to Tower B. When you get there, meet the staff at Building B and ask for check-in. The staff at the B building was told to call the number provided with a bad tone at all. Like something unhappy More water leakage.

This hotel is condominium that some owner make her room for one day rent. Main problem is inconvenient for entrance the building because you must wait for the owner open the door for you every time that you come back to the hotel.
